Salty Cedar Cabins #1

This is a cozy cabin, but has enough space for the whole family. Totaling 800sq ft of living space, it has been thoughtfully designed with an open concept and efficient use of the floor plan. It has a master bedroom with a queen bed on the main level and a loft with 3 single beds. The main living space of the cabin is the fully stocked kitchen, dining area and living room that is open concept design. Out the back is a concrete patio and fire pit. These cabins are new builds, with brand new appliances and accommodations. This getaway is built as close the Lake as Mark Twain allows and is centrally located to all it has to offer! Just up the road is the dam and Black Jack Marina. Also located around 2 miles from Jellystone waterpark. These cabins are the perfect place for a family to spend the week at Mark Twain Lake!

Long weekend getaway

We spent four days fishing at Mark Twain lake. It was a great stay at the Salty Cedar Cabins. Nice central location and comfortable accommodations.

Awesome Cabin

The cabin was well stocked with essentials, very clean. Appliances and amenities are in great shape. Good proximity to local attractions. Just watch out for the local crow if you leave any food outside.

We were very much impressed, as Shane updated us with a cabin that had a bath and a half, which was wonderful for us Cabin #6. The only thing I found disappointing was the pool, especially when this lady let her dog swim in it . The pool needs berter up keep

Very nice

The kitchen was stocked well with dishes. The floors were dirty when we arrived. We had to use the grill that was at the next door cabin since ours didn't have one. Overall it was a nice place to stay. However, if you have an RV; the sites aren't very level; gravel is soft.

Good but confusing

The email confirmation didn’t have the cabin number, the security code was wrong, and the WiFi was listed incorrectly. Property manager was prompt in communication, but it made the stay start off badly. The place itself is very clean and AC worked great. Stairs to the loft are extremely narrow and very ladder-like.

Family stay

When we walked in the floor was an absolute mess. Fruity pebbles all by the front door. Just stuff all over the floor. Was not cleaned at all. The check out instructions say we need to clean which includes sweep, take trash out and leave at the front door, and remove all bedding. There is an 80 dollar charge on there for cleaning. This is not ok and now i understand why the floors were a mess. I would be happy to clean if there wasnt a charge for cleaning. Pretty disappointing. Other than that the cabin was great and very close to everything.

Location, location, nice place!

Great place ! location is awesome, close to the docks, marinas and swim beach, accommodations were very nice, clean great set up! Only recommendation I could say is more curtains.
