Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish and super comfortable space next door to Jellystone park. Only 1 minutes from the boat ramp and beach area. Right across the street from the water zone water park. Many hiking trails near by as well. The space is freshly remodeled, everything is new. Very clean, inviting and comfortable atmosphere. Enjoy complimentary coffee and a bottle of wine. Electric fireplace and There is also an additional parking spot for your boat. Building A (first one on the left)unit 6. This unit is located on the second floor with one flight of stairs leading up to it. Perfect location! Close to restaurants and other activities such as a water park(right across the street), mini golf, camp ground, public beach/picnic area, boat ramp and many hiking trails. Also a catch and release pond directly behind the unit. Monroe city has many options for groceries and restaurants as well and is under 15 mins away. Address is 18866 pine lake rd. Monroe city. The unit number is A6.

Great clean place super close to boat ramp.

Super clean and updated condo close to the boat ramp. Plenty of parking for your boat with electric. If you don’t have a boat there’s awesome little lake behind property with plenty of fish. We would definitely stay again.

This condo was very clean and very organized for a stay away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed the geese in the morning and the walk to the lake. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to get away.

reasonable for a two bedroom two person stay...bedding, pillows could be more comfortable, TV needs better instructions, wasn't aware that I would be climbing a steep, partially well lit stairway to a 2nd floor condo, condo railings need some tlc, very clean otherwise.

The place was very nice but some of the rugs still had crumbs in the flooring. Some of the dishes were not clean & the outside deck had a lot of spiderwebs & there were spiderwebs hanging from inside ceiling but overall we had a great stay. Thank you

Nice stay!

The property was very clean and well-maintained. The unit has been remodeled and looks great. The kitchen and bathroom are well stocked with everything we needed. Beds are comfy with extra pillows and blankets, if needed. When we had some questions about the unit the owner answered immediately and helped solve the issue. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and we hope to return in the future.

Great place!!!

It was a quiet building. Lots of parking.( even a place to park your boat) we like to bbq but the grill closest to the condo was not useable. We had to use the next condo building down grill. The condo itself had everything you needed. We will definitely be back! Thank you Adam. You were an exceptional host!

Everything you need!

This property was exactly as promised. It's newly remodeled and very clean. It had everything you might need. Dishes, cookware, soaps, paper products, coffee, wine . . . one of the most stocked properties I have stayed at. Very close to the boat ramp, beach, water park and Jellystone campground. Our friends were camping and we could walk there. One morning I walked to the beach and back. Highly recommend! Thanks so much!
