Highly recommend, Hosts were proactive communicating and anticipated our every need. The property was very clean with well equipped kitchen and laundry room. Living room was well furnished with a large TV and comfortable furniture. Sleeping accommodations were also excellent with good closet and dresser storage. The neighborhood seemed safe with a gated entry and quiet neighbors. The overall location is also great with access to restaurants, grocery stores, Lowe's, gas stations and highways into Tampa and surrounding areas. This property was great for our 5 day stay.

Had a wonderful stay at this property! It was clean and inviting. All amenities were in good working order and anything we needed/thought about was available. The a/c worked great. The house is very family friendly and has a nice sized yard. The location is convenient and the neighborhood is peaceful. The best part is the host is fantastic! Responsive to questions (quickly and pleasantly) when this renter had stupid/duh questions. I will definitely look for this property’s availability when I return to visit family and will recommend it to other family members!

This little house was perfect for my families needs. It is well stocked and very conveniently located in town, close enough to anything you need to venture out for and yet the property is perfectly nestled away in a quaint little old Florida neighborhood. Check in was without incident and conversation was effortless with our host. The children loved having that great big yard to play in while we prepared dinner.

Nicely furnished property, great location.

Nicely furnished property, comfortable and roomy for two. Also enjoyed screened in porch. Delightful, walkable neighborhood. Enjoyed fishing off the neighborhood docks. Owners very responsive. Great location, close to many daily activities (parks, nature preserves, fishing, beach, golf, city life).

Sufficient Rental

Check in was difficult because the property gate code did not work. Our flight was delayed due to Florida storms nearly four hours, so we were late arriving. The host did not answer the phone. It took nine hours to make a two hour flight to Florida and then the code didnt work. Very frustrating. The description leaf me to believe the house was on the lake. It is not. It is at the front of the community, not near the lake. The house was fine, floors are very soft in areas. The keurig didnt work either, we were planning to use it.

Hi Cindy, I apologize you didn’t have a great stay with us. As far as check-in, at 4:30 you told us you were delayed. We never heard from you after that as to when you were landing or arriving. If we were aware it’d be close to 11:30 - midnight we could made better arrangements to get you through the gate. Also, we live near by and asks multiple time if you need anything please let us know, we would have been more than happy to supply a new K-cup machine if we knew it wasn’t working, there is also a regular Ninja coffee pot at the home with regular coffee that could have been used. The description of the home also states it’s walking distance to the lake not on the lake. We apologize you didn’t have the best stay with us.

A must stay!

At first I was looking to stay in Tarpon Springs area. Then came across this listing. I was sold with private beach at the lake note. When we arrived my husband's first reaction was anger at me. This anger lasted about 5 min. By the time we were leaving he was looking at listings to buy propery there. Inside was amazing - like beach feeling. Beds very comfy, kitchen all you need! Cherry on the top old style hunting game where my 4 year old wanted to keep playing and my husband and i had tournament as well. Property beyond amazing. Lake and beach - like in dreams! Mother in law stayed inside of the lake for 6 hours. Residents around very friendly. This is a must property if you plan to go to Tampa area. We went just for weekend. Saturday we spend at the lake, sunday beach. Beaches, tampa all close by. Host very nice and responsive! Kayaks available (had fun kayaking through 3 lakes). I promise you will not be disappointed. My husband who rather get a stroke than apologize and admit to being wrong did both! We all loved every single minute of our stay! Thank you

My husband and I fell in love with vacation rental homes during our honeymoon a few years back. We cruised down the Pacific Coast Hwy jumping around from town to town and finding vacation rentals along the way. We stayed at some great places and meet some amazing people. Our dream was to one day have our own vacation rental property and here we are a years later with two different vacation homes. I hope is that families make memories in our homes that will stay with them for a lifetime!
