The space
Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this luxury private four bedroom home features a top-of-the-line kitchen, extra counter space, formal and informal dining areas, dedicated work space and living room with 72" Smart HDTV. Fully appointed kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and trash compactor.
Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows and bed coverings all with private en suite bathrooms. Master bedroom includes private walk-out balcony and en suite bathroom with jetted tub. Spacious living room with comfy sleeper sofa for additional sleeping, 72" Smart HDTV, formal living room seating area, laundry room, private backyard with patio, free high-speed Wi-Fi, onsite parking and key-less access.
Guest access
Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Instructions for access, check-in, checkout and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.

The hot tub is currently under maintenance and cannot be used. Nice weekend stay
We came to the Seattle area for some site seeing before our cruise with 2 other couples. We really enjoyed the location and ease of access to the areas we visited. We booked this house so we could all have our own king size bedroom with private bathrooms. We found the house to meet all our needs & enjoyed our stay.

Big family house
This house is exactly what it shows in the pictures. I would definitely stay here again. The house was perfect. Every bedroom had its own bathroom. It’s close to restaurants and shopping and close to downtown.

Seattle cruise
The house was beautiful however some things were poorly fixed. Drains in bathroom tub were not done properly the front door was difficult to open and close the refrigerator door handle is falling off. The trash can in front yard was over flowing. The neighborhood was a bit rundown not comfortable to walk. The host were easy to get a hold of through message. someone lives in the garage? Showed up at the door before we left on Friday asking about a leak. A few days stay wasn’t bad with a house full of adults.

Disappointed and Frustrated with Our Stay – Would Not Recommend
We were really looking forward to our vacation, but unfortunately, this rental did not live up to expectations. When we arrived on Thursday, May 22nd, we discovered the air conditioner was not working—a huge issue in the warm weather. To the owner’s credit, a repairman was sent out that same day to fix it, which we appreciated.However, things quickly went downhill. On Friday morning, we noticed a leak in the ceiling of the family room. It was obvious this wasn’t a new issue, as there were visible signs it had happened before. We traced it to the Master bathroom, which was leaking. We immediately contacted the owner, but this issue was never addressed, and as a result, the Master bathroom was completely unusable for the remainder of our stay, which ended on Sunday, May 25th.In addition, one of the other bathrooms had a toilet that would not flush properly—it required jiggling the handle multiple times to get it to work. And the porch screen door was broken, completely off the tracks and unusable.Given all of these issues, especially the unresolved plumbing problem that left us without use of the Master bathroom, we feel this rental was misrepresented and not properly maintained. We were extremely disappointed in the quality and believe a refund is warranted. We are requesting a full refund of the monies paid for this stay.We cannot recommend this property and hope the owner takes steps to correct these ongoing problems for future guests.

Hi David, We are really sorry to hear the stay did not live up to what you were hoping for. That is never the experience we want for our guests, and we totally get how frustrating it is when things feel off during a trip.
That said, we do want to clear a few things up. As soon as you let us know about the AC not working, we had someone out the same day to take care of it. The issue ended up being the thermostat, which just needed to be turned on and set to cool. The toilet was also checked and fixed during that visit.
Regarding the leak, once you let us know, we tried to get someone over as quickly as possible. It was a holiday weekend, which made things harder than usual, but we did our best to get it looked at and figure out a solution.
We are always working to stay on top of maintenance, and we take guest concerns seriously. We understand how these things added up and affected your overall stay, and we truly are sorry for the inconvenience.
Appreciate you giving us a shot and taking the time to leave feedback. We are using it to keep making things better for the next guests.

Worse house we have stayed at!
On our way to the property we were informed that they had scheduled a plumber during our stay on monday when we were scheduled to be at a football game.
Upon opening the front door, it was a lock box w a key. Anyone can have a copy of that key. it wasn't an touch pad key code style like normal.
Upon going in to the kitchen to get inventory of what we would need for the week stay, the dishwasher had a terrible horrible smell. Informed the company about that and long term renter in the garage came over to "try" to fix it. He didn't know anything. We decided to just leave it closed as the smell went all through the house and upstairs.
Never saw a hot tub that was "broken"
In the am when i went to make breakfast for my family with grocery that we bought. Nothing worked! The stove, microwave and coffee maker had no power. There is a power glitch somewhere and non of it worked. -during our WHOLE stay-. Again the long term renter came over to try to fix it with no results. More time wasted for us. We had to purchase a new Ninja to be able to cook our food.
On monday we waited for the plumber, he came and didn't know where the leak was or anything about it. After wasting 2 hours of our time we had to tell him to leave as we HAD to leave for our game that we have every expensive tickets for.
Missed the beginning fun of it sadly.
The following day we were asked to stay home for the electrician to come. We did declines as that point we had figured it out and decided to just live with it for a while.
The house is ONLY 4 bedroom. They all have a bathroom which was cool.
The bed have only a sheet and no mattress protector which not sanitary.
There was nothing in the kitchen, we had to buy trash bags, there is no trash reciptible either so the garbage is just outside where animals can eat through it. No paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, sponge, can opening. Litterly was missing everything to run a normal household.
The upstairs patio door didn't lock properly.
No extra towels, One super small towel was all that was provided.
Most of these small items would have been overlooked if the major parts of the house would of been good. This house is just ready to be a VRBO home. Not the normal standard that VRBO is whatsoever. Save you money and stay somewhere else.

This place will be great when it's finished
The property is easy to get to and convenient to most locations that we were planning to visit. The furnishings were comfortable, the house was spacious everything seemed modern and up-to-date. The only issue was that it seems like this was a work in progress. There were very few amenities that I am used to finding in a rental other than a few pots and pans, dishes for less people than it can sleep, one blow dryer for the whole house, etc. A lot of the bathroom fittings were incomplete like caulking on tiles in the showers and toilet seats not being attached. Right before check in we found out that the plumbing in the master bathroom was going to be turned off for the bathtub and shower. You can't lock the front door from inside the house only from outside the house. We couldn't find one of the trash cans either at the curb or around the house to put out or take in. The fees for this location were higher than most of the other ones we saw but we picked it due to the number of bedrooms. Overall I'd say that one good solid weekend of work could finish this house. Add a few small kitchen things and you're good to go.

HOUSE OF CARDS!
BEWARE. This house was NOT built to code and is falling apart. Doors and cabinets fall off if you barely touch them. Travertine tile from below the master tub (that was out of order) fell off and almost took off my toe. The outlets are exposed and not GFI protected. There are very few, if any supplies for basic living (no broom/dust-pan, missing pots/pans, no grill, etc). Multiple safety hazards, not to mention the homeowner has a shady little apartment DOWNSTAIRS that they didn't tell us about, he came and went the entirety of our stay. The property is shared with another house that has VERY suspicious activity happening day and night. The recycling/garbage was not there and when we found it out on the street, it was full and never was picked up. All of this said and then the HOST had the nerve to charge my card for "damages" that were due to the shoddy job that they did remodeling the house! STAY AWAY!!

Great property close to airport and downtown
With 8 people traveling for our son’s wedding the number of bathrooms/bedrooms was perfect. The pictures represented the house perfectly. A very convenient location.
Even though the house description was for up to 10 people, there were additional fees per person per day after the 4th person. I missed that when booking this location as it wasn’t very clear in the description.
The dining area seats 6, no iron or blow dryer was provided so if you book plan to pack your own.
We 100% would stay here again. The check in process was easy and the property manager was very responsive before and during the stay.
