Place was clean and ready for check in. Location is prime. One weird hiccup was the host contacted us about a maintenance visit during our stay which was not communicated until a few hours before maintenance staff was scheduled to arrive. Am appreciative that when we shared our discomfort with maintenance coming by during our stay and requested host reschedule until after they did seem to honor that request.

We had a great stay overall and really enjoyed the house. It was clean, comfortable, and worked well for our trip.One small thing that caught us by surprise was the laundry setup. The listing did mention a dryer, but we weren’t able to locate it and there was not a washing machine. This wasn’t an issue for us since we knew in advance that a washer wasn’t listed, but it did seem a little unusual to have a dryer without one.The only other minor consideration was the 1½ bathrooms. Again, this was completely on us and not a reflection of the house or host—we simply underestimated what it would be like with 5 adults and 2 children sharing the space. For a smaller group, it would have felt even more ideal.Communication with Payton was excellent throughout the stay, and we really appreciated the responsiveness and hospitality.Thank you, Payton—we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay. Payton was very attentive and quick with communication. The home is a beautiful old home that has been renovated well. The main bathroom is in master bedroom which required a bit of extra planning but ended up not being as inconvenient as we thought. There is lots of things close by to walk to including shops, restaurants and bars. The home felt safe and secure. We over all loved our stay!
