Clean and Welcoming

This is so conveniently located right near the market. Close enough to walk to the beach and other restaurants. The property felt very safe and the manager and housekeeper were quick to respond to any needs.

Excellent place for our short stay

We were looking for a place to hang out and get accustomed to the local vibes. The apartments are located near a shopping area, a bank, and numerous restaurants. It's a short walk to the beach. And the manager is highly accommodating and friendly.

Clean and Convenient

We very thankful for hosts offering this home space to live from while visiting Grenada. It was very clean, spacious, convenient to beaches, restaurants, stores.

Convenient and noisy

View of parking lot and back of stores. Easy to access groceries, fast food, taxi and bus. Street noise throughout day and night. Across the street from Radisson and grand anse. Laundry facilities on site. 3 dogs roaming freely in compound and bark frequently day and night and urinate on patio and chairs. Rosie - care taker - was readily available. Most windows cannot be opened. Air conditioning in bedrooms and living room. If looking for peace and quiet over a longer period of time this may not be the place to stay. Would however stay here again for a night as it is in close proximity to airport.

50th Birthday in Grenada

Wow, we loved this place! Such an amazing time, we’ll be back for sure! The location really surprised us, close to everything loved the apartment it felt like home. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting looking for a comfortable stay. My favorite!!! The Armstrong's

This was the perfect location for our stay. The host was friendly and accommodating, the rooms were impeccably clean, the location was very convenient, and the space had everything we needed. This was one of the best value accommodations I have ever used (and the property dogs were a lovely surprise). Cannot recommend enough, we will definitely be back!

House was as puctured. Beds were comfy and large windows and doors with screens were a nice way to stay cool. Thetr was Acon in the apartment but we did not use it much. There were three dogs an yhe property. They barked at everything, but at least you kew when visitors arrived. Kitchen could use a few more dishes but, with all yhe amazing food with in walking distance, we did not cook much. Two minute walk to nearest bar, 4 minute walk to grocery and shopping area, 4 minute walk to bank, 10 minute walk to beach. Everyone uses WhatsApp so communication with drivers and tours is super easy. Dollars are accepted everywhere, just dont expect a good exchange rate. Was an amazing trip and the house was our center of relaxation.

Great location & excellent value

Communication with host was excellent and the check in process could not have been easier or more efficient. Rosie was an absolute gem in arranging everything for us. Location was ideal for everything we needed to do and convenient to the beach which was a plus. Definitely will recommend staying here in Grenada and thank you for the hospitality.

Perfect location!!

I stayed here with a couple friends for a week and the description is very accurate- the area is walkable and central, never crowded beaches right across the street, grocery stores, bus stop, and nightlife all within walking distance. Getting around Grand Anse was super easy and the unit itself was spacious and comfortable. Hosts were also very flexible and accommodating when we had to extend our stay, would definitely come back here!

Exceptional

Our stay was awesome. The property location to the beach and other night life. Supermarket, mall, food and bus stops location was on point. Our host was great. Haven’t been back home in 20yrs it was welcoming to come on vacation and still feel like home. We hope to book this place EVERY time we go back! Thanks for everything!

Just what we needed!

The apartment was convenient to the beach and food shopping. The apartment has a great view. The boganvilla were beautiful. We relaxed and did not need a car. The taxi stand at the food market was very close by. We walked to the beach - had dinner at Umbrellas (great food), and relaxed. Lots to do nearby. Our host Rosie was the best - she was very helpful.
