•This home is a nature-lover’s delight. Nestled on a peaceful, serene and private 5-acre property in the mountains of the Lower Hudson Valley, it is where Upstate and Downstate intersect, with the best of both worlds at your fingertip.
•Our wonderful home boasts 3 inviting bedrooms - including a master bedroom with a king-sized bed — sleeping a total of 6 people, making it perfect for that long planned trip of family and friends. Each room boasts a smart TV, with the living room area boasting a large screen for joint viewing.
•Beautifully remodeled (2021) in a welcoming farmhouse style — both in layout and related decor — this home and surrounding property invite you to get away without getting too far away. The spacious property is surrounded by greenery in the summer and white snow in the winter, with neighbors far out of sight and out of mind.
•The private acreage outdoors has a large deck to accommodate all, with an all-season outdoor hot tub and jacuzzi. Summertime, it serves as the place to spend your vacation in nature’s warm embrace.
•The property is a one-hour-drive from NYC; less than ten miles from the new Legoland New York resort; in the vicinity of the popular Woodbury Commons mall; minutes from Mt. Peter Ski Area; near Sterling Forest State park, with the famed Appalachian Trail passing right nearby; with many more recreation and dining options nearby.
