This comfortable and well-designed accommodation is ideal for a stay with family or friends, with spaces designed for everyone's comfort. It consists of three separate bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and two bedrooms each equipped with two single beds (80 x 190 cm). A sofa bed in the living room completes the sleeping arrangements and allows you to welcome guests in comfort.

The living room is pleasant and fully equipped, with a functional kitchenette including a stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary crockery, including wine glasses. The accommodation also has air conditioning, a TV, WiFi, radiators, storage space with hangers and hot water. Bed linen and towels are provided for added comfort. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed for your safety.

In terms of bathroom facilities, there are two shower rooms, which are convenient for groups. Outside, a private patio and barbecue allow you to enjoy meals and relaxation in the open air. The entrance is well lit and there is a laundrette on site.

Pets are accepted at an additional cost. Cleaning must be done before departure. The accommodation is located in a lively environment, which may cause occasional noise, particularly in connection with the nearby play and climbing facilities.
