The accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator, 4-burner gas stove, washing machine) opening onto a private garden, a living/dining room with a sofa bed (140cm) and a TV, a large bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and French doors opening onto the enclosed garden, a shower room with sink and toilet, a small enclosed front and rear garden with terraces, and a parking space in front of the cottage.
Enjoy the garden furniture for 4 people on the terrace equipped with an awning, a barbecue, 2 sun loungers, and 2 bicycles (1 men's - 1 women's).
Pets are welcome.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants.

La Tranche sur Mer is a city on the edge of the ocean which will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach ... multiple landscapes that will not leave you indifferent.
Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
