Ground floor: Living room/kitchen, bedroom with a double bed (140cm), shower room, WC, and storage room. Upstairs: Landing (ceiling height less than 1.80m) with a relaxation area, bedroom with a bunk bed and two single beds (0.80m) pushed together.

Amenities: Refrigerator/freezer, 6-place dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, television, Wi-Fi, crockery and cutlery.

Location: Approximately 80m from the beach, 4300m from the shopping center, and 5000m from the town center.

End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Cleaning service available for an additional €100 upon reservation. Bed linen and towels are not provided; these are available for an additional fee upon reservation. Please provide proof of liability insurance with holiday coverage. Holiday vouchers are accepted. Electricity consumption is extra during the off-season.

One pet is welcome for €25.
