There is no washing machine, but there is a laundrette 250 metres away.
There is a large terrace with a barbecue, a gas plancha and an outdoor shower.
There is a reserved parking space in front of the villa.

Upstairs is one bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), a fan, a small television and a mezzanine with a desk area.
