Menton is a charming town on the French Riviera, famous for its mild climate, beaches, gardens, and relaxed Mediterranean lifestyle. Its lively city center offers a wide range of shops, restaurants, cafés, and local markets, all within walking distance.

The apartment is located right in the heart of Menton, just a few steps from the pedestrian street, in a central yet quiet area. Beaches, shops, the train station, and main attractions are easily reachable on foot, making it an ideal base to explore the city without a car.

Guests have full and private access to the entire apartment. The building is fully private and secure. Additional studios and one-bedroom apartments are also available for rent in the same building, making it convenient for families or groups traveling together.

The studio consists of a main room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a living area with a television that can be converted into a sleeping area thanks to a comfortable and cozy sofa bed, as well as a clean and functional shower room, ideal for a practical and pleasant short stay.
