There is a swimmable beach in walking distance or many beaches are in short driving distance. The condo has a newly remodeled kitchen that is fully stocked with all the dishes, tools and appliances you will need. Enjoy a beverage at sunset or read a book on the private balcony and fall asleep to the peaceful sounds of ocean waves in your oceanside room. Each bedroom has its own newly remodeled bathroom and there is washer and dryer inside the unit. The private balcony has a direct view of the pool and the ocean which include ample seating for lounging and propane grill.
