Excellent Location

We were very pleased with the property location, just a few minutes across the bridge from the Jaguars stadium. When we visit Jacksonville again for a Jags game, this very clean home with a huge backyard will be our #1 choice.

Roomy and Clean

We have returned to this property because how clean and roomy the home and yard are kept. A couple of issues have come up and the property manager is excellent and very attentive. Stay here for a quiet stay close to downtown and some wonderful attractions.

AMAZING PROPERTY!

Property is much more spacious that it looks from the outside. Good location that literally took 10 mins to get anywhere in town. Loved the master area with the crazy closets! Backyard covered patio area came in handy for hanging outside and being protected from the sun. I'd definitely reserve this property again.

Perfect in Every Way

This home was perfect for our friends' reunion. The home flaunts a beautiful open floor plan with windows that open up to the outside gathering area. An area that includes a gazebo with plenty of seating, a grill, lights, and ceiling fans. The location is close to the downtown, so it is the ideal home for anyone attending events in that area. The owner was the best! When we called because of a broken toilet, he came immediately and repaired it. This is defintely a home that my friends and family will rent in the future.

Relaxing stay In Jacksonville

Had a great relaxing stay for 6 days due to us renting our house for the Masters Golf tournament. The original house we made arrangements for the week did not work out, so we had to scramble last minute. Danny was great and very accommodating. He lives in the same neighborhood and zipped on over when we couldn’t figure out the washer. Overall great layout and loved the flat fenced in backyard for our 2 small dogs. They enjoyed it too. Location is close to everything including Downtown, restaurants, grocery stores and TIAA Bank Football stadium. Will definitely rent again next time in Jax.

Another Enjoyable Stay

Great House

Great location and neighborhood

The host was responsive to all questions. Great fenced backyard. Beautifully redone kitchen with new appliances. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

Super Spot

We were visiting our oldest son, location is very convenient to the San Marco northern downtown area. So many neat places to eat and things to do. Home is quiet, very nice updated master bathroom. Big plus is six seat dining room table which we haven’t found at most other places. Floor plan has bedrooms on opposite side of house including desk sofa workroom next to master bedroom. It allowed us to be together as well as hide away from each other.

wonderful vacation home with close proximity to everything

Very good communication with homeowner and extremely clean with everything you need for a wonderful stay. I am familiar with this neighborhood and the proximity to my son's house was great. (within walking distance)

Our extended stay was well worth it!!

So nice, so nice we booked twice!!!

Awesome first VRBO experience!! The place was clean and inviting. The owner made our family feel so welcomed, even our fur guy! We were staying just for the week, but the owner's prompt and attentiveness to our concerns had us sold on another week!! Beautiful and perfect location for families and dogs!!

Cozy Oasis

Property is top notch on cleanliness. Overall layout is very functional and allows for gathering and private spaces. Host provides all the basic necessities and is very quick to respond to any questions. The AC works great and the place has a clean, fresh smell. The kitchen is perfect with a full sized microwave, large fridge, dishwasher and double oven. Also present is a wide assortment of pots and pans, utensils, and silverware. The open design allows you to be part of what is going in the kitchen, dining and living rooms. Master Bedroom has an excellent garden spa tub and adjacent shower area. Water pressure, temp, and water smell - all excellent! Backyard is well appointed with covered BBQ/eating area, hammock, and completely fenced in for pets and privacy. There is plenty of parking in the driveway. We had a great time. It was like home away from home. Very cozy, clean and comfortable. Would stay again if going to Jacksonville!

Home away from Home

I cant say enough about our stay! It was comfortable, cozy, everything my family needed, large fenced in yard, pet friendly, safe neighborhood, close to local restaurants, and awesome host!!
