We had a wonderful stay in Jacksonville at this clean and comfortable home. It was conveniently located to a wonderful restaurant and micro brewery. We went to St Augustine and it was an easy drive. This was a quality stay for a great price.

I felt safe being in a neighborhood. Neighbors were friendly. Close to events and shopping. Perfect size for two friends traveling for a few days. There are security cameras and I noticed neighbors with security cameras. Would definitely book this property again. Very cute and cozy home. Has fenced backyard. Felt safe in neighborhood. Host quick to respond to questions and has a list of nearby hospital and emergency if needed.

Very cute, clean and inviting home. Plenty of parking. Has everything you need. Host was very prompt answering all of my questions. Wish the home had a little more additional storage for clothes such as drawers in each bedroom but overall I have no complaints.

This was the cutest little home and so well kept. Everything was immaculate. The owner was very good about communication, access was easy in and out with great parking and literally minutes from the local arenas. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future!

Close to San Marco and my daughter’s house. Very clean and had toiletries and snack and drinks. Very well presented and small but just the size needed. My second time renting and will again!❤️

Pros - nicely decorated, fast internet, safe and sleepy little secluded community, centrally located and close to amenities, quiet community park nearby, cannot smell / hear anything from inside the house. Cons - very tiny house, neighborhood smells strongly of swamp outside, sparse kitchen pots/pans, loud highway noise outside, overgrown yard with gaps under fence so small and small/medium dogs cannot stay out back. Priced accordingly so I would recommend, but know the above before you book so expectations are set properly.

Great place and great location.

I have family in San Marco and this was perfect for my family to have our own space. The neighborhood was quiet. The description was exactly as the owner provided. The home was clean with ample parking. It was our home away from home for Thanksgiving break and we would definitely stay here again when the need arises. No complaints whatsoever.

Quaint house with everything you needed:)

Great location. Close to Avondale, San Marco. Took an Art Bike tour with Electric bikes. 4 miles from my daughters house that lives in Jacksonville. Clean, had drinks and snacks and ice! Loved the washer and dryer:) Great stay! Would rent again!

Perfect house

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 2bedroom, 1bath home! The house was spotless and well-maintained, with plenty of space for my family . Each bedroom was cozy and comfortable, and the bathroom was super clean and freshly renovated and modern. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living area was perfect for relaxing together. The location was fantastic, close to local attractions and amenities, yet in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Our host was incredibly responsive and provided great recommendations for things to do in the area. We felt right at home , loveeee the backyard and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Disappointing location and yard.

We weren't aware when booking the property that there were huge gaps between the fence and the ground that our dog could go through so we couldn't let him in the yard without us being present. Also, feral cats frequently were in the backyard. When we checked, in the backyard was so overgrown the weeds were taller than our dog. The house is close to interstate highways and train tracks so the road noise was a big factor. It was constant and the trains blew their whistles night and day.
