Boasting three levels of well appointed elegance and comfort, this four-bedroom home offers prime access to white sand beaches, world-class golf, and year-round recreation. A stone's throw from Eastern Lake, this home offers walkable beach access with shopping and entertainment nearby, in Seaside. Guests will also enjoy access to two community pools.
This gorgeous home comes well furnished with high-end finishes and modern features. Beautiful wood flooring features throughout each of the three floors, with central AC and wireless internet providing in-home essentials. Multiple outdoor living spaces include a ground floor deck and balconies on the middle and upper floors. Bicycles are provided for easy beach cruising and there's even an outdoor shower to rinse off the salt and sand when you get home. Lucky anglers can bring home their fresh catch to cook on the private gas grill - but burgers are never a bad back-up!
The group chef will find the full kitchen's expansive counter space and updated appliances perfectly suited for at-home meals. A wine cooler/beverage fridge offers a touch of elevated convenience. High-top seating for four is available at the island counter while full meals can be enjoyed together at the dining table set for eight. Coffee and light meals can be enjoyed on the furnished balcony equipped with Adirondack chairs and a four-seater patio table. Enjoy some casual downtime in the living room while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the wall-mounted smart TV.
The ground and upper floors feature the home's bedroom areas while the middle serves as the main living space. Each bedroom includes an en suite bath. A shared, half-bath is available on the main floor for household convenience. Both ground floor guest rooms feature private entry to/from common deck areas and the upper floor primary suite features a private, furnished balcony.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
