All on one floor, the minimalist interior boasts designer furnishings and upscale finishes throughout. Cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace in the living area. The pool and hot tub are closed from the end of the ski season until Memorial Day, and from early October until the start of the ski season in November.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great vail property

We had tickets to the Vail beer fest and stayed here. Great location since just a short walk to Vail village or Lions head. The house was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed using the hot tub. Great time.

Beautiful modern condo

Simply decorated, not too crowded amenities. Include indoor washer and dryer. An added touch was the heated floors in the master bathroom and heated mirror defogger. Comfortable beds, and easy access to the slopes. Would definitely stay again.

A lovely updated unit near the base of the ski hill. The unit has a beautiful view of the mountain and is a short 5 minute walk to the lifts. The unit is well appointed for eating in and has a large and beautiful dining table. Beds are all comfortable. The pool/hot tub area was welcomed after a day on the slopes.

The location was perfect . Walked to the mountain. The pool and hot tube were excellent. The unit was smaller than what the pictures showed. But it worked. It needs a coffee maker and tea kettle.

Great location

Great location and generally as pictured. Light, bright and good use of a tight space. Only challenge was the complete lack of responsiveness when I tried to message (and call) property company 24-48 hours beforehand to arrange for an early check in and to ask about whether there was a washer/dryer. Also housekeeping had forgotten to take out kitchen trash but that was easy to do ourselves. When you’re spending a premium though, those details matter. Otherwise, lovely vacation, good building amenities and easy to use code to get in.

Ok, but could be much better.

Was not aware 3rd party management ( Vacasa ) would make the stay more challenging. Only provided 2 bath towels for 3-4 people for the entire week. Had to call 3rd party as the front desk does not acknowledge them and would not help. Next day towels show up. 2 days later I get a call telling me towels will be delivered. Not coordinated. I got the feeling I was talking to someone outside the US. Definitely not local. If you are looking for on-site assistance or local assistance, this is not your place. Advertise a wood fireplace but do not provide wood which is misleading. No local spot to buy wood so fireplace is irrelevant. Location is great and the condo was comfortable just a few irritations that were not revealed in the renting process.

Disappointed

When we arrived, we were unsure of where to park. We stopped in the office on location and were given a pass but told that our reservation was not through them and if we needed anything else that we need to contact Vacasa directly. It started off positive, we were able to get into the condo early and the space appeared clean. We received a welcome text and a text asking us about the cleanliness. We did notice that there was no storage for skis/snowboards, boot, winter gear, etc--I did reach out to Vacasa to confirm whether or not there was a place to store since there were lockers in the hallway. Our unit did not come with access to any storage. We went into the village and had dinner. When we were going to bed, we noticed that all of the bedding was dirty. Multiple hairs and crusty spots, a ton of fuzzies all over, plus one of the mattress protectors had a huge urine stain. We reached out to Vacasa via text originally and were told that no one was available until the next day. We called and spoke to a representative that said he would contact management. We emailed multiple pictures/videos during our conversation per request by representative. He told us that we should probably start washing the sheets ourselves since there was a washer/dryer available and he was unsure of when a manager would call us back. We did end up washing all of the bedding (and staying up far later than expected after driving 11 hours). The next afternoon around 3:30pm, the cleaning crew showed up with new sheets to change the beds. They did not bring new comforters. They apologized for the inconvenience and left. We decided that we were going to let this ruin our trip and dropped it. The location is pretty good. Short walk to Lionshead Village, quite a bit further to Vail Village but not bad and there are buses. Parking is outside and not covered but close to building entrance. Hot tub and pool were nice--there were no pool towels in this condo. We saw people in hot tub with towels and were told that their unit did have pool towels available. If we go to Vail again, we will not be staying in this unit. We did also request some sort of compensation for first evening of cleaning all of the sheets ourselves and we never heard back from a manager or anyone to address our request.

Great unit with perfect location.

The unit is freshly renovated and beautifully appointed. A little tight but perfect. The mountain views are spectacular from the bedrooms and living area. Very quiet too. The location is ideal - a 5 minute walk in ski boots to Lionshead base and a 12 minute walk in shoes to Vail village. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Good location, but small.

Location was an easy walk to Lionshead but the condo was not very spacious for the price compared to other condos I have stayed in around the same area. Bathrooms were tiny, and there was not enough seating for 4 people in the living area. Pictures are a bit deceiving. I would stay here again, but it wouldn't be my first choice.
