HI Ana! Thank you for the wonderful detailed review. I always appreciate feedback. I had hoped that the 2 new ceiling fans would be sufficient, as most people say it is, but I appreciate knowing it was not sufficient for you. As you know, I did invest in upgrading the electrical panel so that it is possible to now add air conditioning, so I will take your feedback into strong consideration and may go ahead to add that. I want happy guests! Glad you so enjoyed everything else about my lovely condo. Hope to see you again...especially if I do add air conditioning! Thank you! Meredith :)

Mark, The distortion in your review and omission of the fact that you canceled your trip and never stayed in my condo is disappointing to say the least. I will outline the facts so that readers are fully aware: 1. I always meet and greet my guests upon arrival if I'm in town, give them a tour of the amenities, and show them the best place to park. Everyone loves this and appreciates my going "the extra mile" for them. You are the first person I've encountered in 31 years who found this to be negative instead of positive. People love it and many have become repeat guests (some are now friends). When I'm not available guests get key cards from the front desk. 2. When I spoke to your wife the week prior to the trip she stated that you were undecided as to whether to bring your dog. I explained that it would be easier if you chose not to since this condo was now also in the rental pool via Vacasa, so they have a stricter policy on this unit than my other 2 units. 3. When you called to say that your arrangements for your dog had changed, I offered my condo across the hall (same floor) which I managed fully, so it was easier to accommodate your dog. You agreed that you would take this unit instead and bring your dog. Everything was settled and arranged. 4. You called the day you left to drive to Vail (along with your doggie) and said you hit a deer and the car was badly damaged. Although you, your wife, and your dog were not hurt, you decided this was an "omen" that you should not come. I encouraged you to come anyway, since you'd have a replacement vehicle, but you decided not to do so. I had the condo ready for your arrival and asked you to reconsider once things settled down. You chose not to come. I offered to give you some compensation for a future trip later in the summer as well, but you said you come often, so missing this summer was "not a big deal." I'm sorry that you are unhappy, but I went out of my way to try to accommodate you. Had you come, I believe you would have been as happy as all those who DO come. They rate their experience as 5 star for a reason..
