Cocoonr offers you this charming 83 m² flat in Briançon with a mountain view and ski station within walking distance. It sleeps up to 8 people.
Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it consists of a lovely 23 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub). We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the first floor:
- A 23 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A bathroom (with shower and toilet)
Upstairs:
- Bedrooms 1 & 2: each with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with two bunk beds (sleeps 4)
- A bathroom (with bathtub)
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha grill, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 4 m² balcony, facing west with mountain views, accessible from one of the two double bedrooms
- An 8 m² balcony, facing west with mountain views, to enjoy sunny days
The apartment is ideally located in Briançon, in a very pleasant setting. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities:
- In winter: downhill skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sledding
- In summer: hiking, mountain biking and cycling, paragliding
- Explore the town with its cobbled streets and Vauban ramparts
- Sample local products
- Relax at the thermal baths
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the apartment.
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Briançon, about 1.2 miles away
- Nearest airport: Sandro Pertini Airport in Turin Caselle, about 75 miles away
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (advertisement and booking management service) and 50 Nuances de Services (concierge/housekeeping service).
