This property is so immaculate and well equipped with everything one can ask for. Our family appreciates the en-suite for each bedroom, which is a plus when traveling with multiple families for a holiday reunion. Property manager was so responsive to our requests and always check in to make sure we have everything we need. The location on East Zion is definitely a bit of a drive, but well worth it considering the mouth dropping views. We stay here during the winter months so we didn’t get a chance to explore the amenity and trails, but we highly recommend this house for large families who want to stay outside of busy Springsdale, yet close enough to the park.

This property was fantastic. It was clean, and the space is very accommodating for a large group. The kitchen is beautiful and has many condiments/spices available to use. We appreciated that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Logan and Kraig are excellent communicators and extremely quick to respond. One of the people in our group has a hot tub at home and is well-versed in taking care of a hot tub. He was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the hot tub. Logan and Kraig took care of it immediately to our satisfaction. We have stayed in many VRBO properties and this house is our favorite of them all! We highly recommend this house! Kim H

This was the perfect place for our family. Grandpa and grandma son, daughter-in-law, daughter and son-in-law and five grandchildren. The house was immaculate absolutely perfect. Beautiful neighborhood perfect location with easy access to Zion national Park, Bryce national Park and the Grand Canyon North Rim. We had so much fun here. The bedrooms layout was absolutely perfect. Every adult couple had their own bathroom. The grandkids had their own bathrooms! Everything was spacious clean perfect the setting was beautiful. Couldn’t recommend it enough ! Hot tub was a bonus after hours of hiking and biking every day.

This is a very nice Property 10 out of 10! Plenty of room for a larger group /family and very quiet as it’s secluded in Ponderosa Resort with hiking trails off the back porch!Loved its proximity to Zion!

We had such a wonderful family trip staying here! The house was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful and scenic The perfect place to relax after exploring Zion. It is a little remote, but that actually worked well for us and made it feel like a true getaway. Driving back and forth through the park everyday was actually a highlight. Our family had the best time here and we would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting the area. Only regret, not spending more time at the house!

This house was spectacular! An amazing kitchen for 9 friends to make dinner, and there was ample seating! House was extremely well maintained. The hot tub was serviced every three days. The property managers were responsive to all questions quickly. Highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this lovely house on our recent trip to Zion! There was plenty of space for everyone and our kids enjoyed the toys and games. The view is beautiful and we took advantage of the hiking trail right outside of the house to take some quiet walks. The hot tub was clean and a big hit as well. We would definitely recommend staying at this house!

We had a wonderful time. This home is gorgeous and fully stocked with anything you need except your groceries. We bbq’d, cooked full meals and even baked cookies! It was so fun to spend time with family in a beautiful location hiking, playing games, watching movies and sitting in the hot tub. You won’t be disappointed. Our only complaint is our stay was too short!

This home is absolutely beautiful, set in a picturesque, private and peaceful setting. Several in our group remarked it was the nicest Airbnb they’ve stayed in. The house was very well cleaned and the layout is perfect for a large group, with an open concept design and every room containing its own en-suite bathroom. Gorgeous view of the surroundings through the floor to ceiling windows in the living room and all around the deck/porch wrapping the home. Extra sleeping mattresses were provided which helped for the littles in parent’s rooms. Very well stocked with most of the basic spices, quality pots and pans, different size bowls and storage containers, an Instapot, laundry detergent, and even foil and ziplock bags! The owners were very communicative and were so kind to drop off extra paper towels and provide us with many large bottles of water. It’s in an excellent location on the east side, about 15min to ZNP entrance and 1.5ish hrs to Bryce. Lots of fun tours available thru the Ponderosa Resort and fun amenities with nightly activities. We were very sad to have to leave!

Beautiful property

Three generations of our family enjoyed a week at this gorgeous property. We have vacationed together for years at lovely locations, but this home was the most well appointed we have ever stayed at. We enjoyed the comfort of the home and seeing the wildlife in the immediate area. We all left with great memories of the North Rim, Zion, and Bryce Canyon, as well as our time together in this beautiful home.

Perfect home outside of Zion

This home was right outside of Zion National Park. The home was clean, well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. My kids loved the hiking trail that began right in the backyard and the ping pong table. It was a reasonable distance from Bryce Canyon and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon as well.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. We had plenty of space for our group of 12. We were in a secluded area that has a nice walking trail right behind the house. The main entrance to Zion national park as well as many restaurants is about 45 mins away. The owners were able to provide contacts to arrange for someone to cook for our group since we were usually gone early morning on hikes. The Ponderosa ranch resort is 5 mins away and provides a myriad of activities. We should have made more use of it in the evenings. Cute place to take the kids. Thanks again! We had a great time visiting Zion national park.

The home was breathtakingly beautiful. The home was well stocked yet not overly ‘homey’. It was pristine and the property was even more beautiful. You’ll be amazed at check-in and sad to leave at check out. We will definitely be returning!

Absolute perfection!

We attended a wedding at Zion Bella Vista and the location of this home was perfect, just .4 miles away.The house is just beautiful - even better than the pictures!! We couldn’t have asked for a better home to stay in with a larger family. It was impeccably clean and comfortable, and the hosts, Kraig and Logan, were accommodating, responsive and on top of everything. Logan even called and directed two guests to the house the first night. The hot tub and beds (super comfortable and cozy) were amazing and, after a long day of hiking, were a welcome sight. Speaking of hiking, the close proximity of several trails, including a view of Checkerboard Mesa, was super convenient. It was wonderful not having to drive to see beautiful vistas. If you are visiting Zion, don’t hesitate to book this home!! I’m looking for a reason to go back!

If you're heading to Zion National Park, this is the perfect place to stay with your family. The house is absolutely amazing — beautifully designed, incredibly clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need. From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home.The location couldn’t be better. It’s close enough to Zion that getting to the park each day was easy and convenient, but just far enough away to offer peace, quiet, and stunning desert views. After long hikes and crowded trails, it was such a treat to come back to a calm, private space where we could truly relax.The home had every comfort imaginable — from a fully equipped kitchen and comfy beds to outdoor seating where we enjoyed starry nights and gorgeous sunsets. It’s clear the owners have gone above and beyond to make sure guests have a top-notch experience.Whether you're adventuring all day or just looking for a serene place to unwind, this house is the perfect base. We can’t recommend it enough — we’re already dreaming about coming back!

Great vacation rental

We stayed at this lovely home near the parks. The hosts were very informative and kind. The space was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking supplies, in addition to some spices and oils. The hot tub was a big plus after days of hiking. It was a 30 min drive to Zion and a 60 min drive to Bryce. We had a great time and would definitely recommend a visit.

Amazing House!

Wow! This house was gorgeous!!!! The pictures don’t do it justice, it feels even more spacious than the photos.The check in process was super easy and they even let us know we could check in early because the house was ready. The house was FULLY stocked, from the kitchen to the garage with games. We had the chance to meet the managers and they were super friendly! We saw so much wild life driving to and from Zion, the kids loved it! We also checked out the Ponderosa Lodge that is super close to the house, what a cute family owned large, I highly recommend checking it out!

Winter getaway

An absolutely wonderful winter getaway! The house is gorgeous, immaculate, well-stocked, and has lots of fun "extras" (ping pong, spa with an amazing view, walking sticks, game closet...). The property was so peaceful and felt secluded. The hosts were some of the nicest and most helpful (and communicative) I've worked with. House is well maintained! Everything worked- spa, fireplace, TV's, bbq. My family and I had the best week ever and look forward to returning. Bonus- walking trail right off the side of the house and deer visiting daily. :)some of the friendliest and most helpful

Really great house, well stocked with amenities. There's a trail to some nice mountain views out back. The house is 40 minutes away from the main south entrance to the park.

Phenomanal stay

Location was great! Didn’t mind the drive , it was beautiful. The house was amazing and we all slept very comfortable. The house was very very clean. My family and I would defiantly book this home again. Very homey and spacious. The host were easy to reach at all times.

Peaceful, spacious and relaxing

There were 4 adult couples and our stay was 5 nights while we explored Bryce, Zion and the area. We liked that we were in a quiet area, about 30 minutes outside the East Gate. Everyone had privacy while able to share time together in the well equipped kitchen, dining outside and watching football in the family room. Our last day, we drove 10 minutes to hike the East Rim out to Overlook Point - stunning and a great reminder after riding E-bikes in the Zion valley. Would stay here again, thanks to our hosts!
