Beach Club A605 - Family-Friendly 2 BR Gulf Front Condo

If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful family vacation rental on the Gulf of Mexico, you will have that and more at the Beach Club Resort and Spa. This condo is located on the 6th floor of the Avalon tower.

This 2 bedroom, 2 ½ bath unit features a gulf front master bedroom with balcony access; a king size bed, TV and a large adjoining master bath with a newly renovated tiled shower.

The second bedroom hosts one queen bed and one twin bed. This spacious second bedroom also has a TV and its own private full bath.

The fully stocked kitchen opens to the gulf front dining and living rooms which include a full size sleeper sofa, large TV and balcony access. The oversized balcony has a table and chairs to view the pristine white sandy beaches. The unit also includes a washer and dryer and wireless internet access.

The Beach Club is the only full service resort style complex on Alabama’s Gulf Coast. The on site amenities include 2 restaurants; a gulf-front Coast Restaurant and Sushi Bar with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico featuring fresh steaks and seafood in a casual dining atmosphere, as well as a casual restaurant, Village Hideaway, with an entertainment filled dining experience amid flat screen TV’s, pool tables, shuffleboard, video games and an amazing high definition golf simulator. Both restaurants are family friendly. In addition, there is a poolside grill and tiki bar located at the clubhouse (seasonal), food trucks on the Village lawn (seasonal) and an ice cream parlor located near the entrance of the resort.

The Avalon tower features a very large outdoor pool with lounge chairs, a hot tub and a kiddie pool along with 3 other outdoor pools. Additional on-site amenities include a playground, basketball court, volleyball court, walking trail, charcoal grills and salon & spa.

We have a membership to the Clubhouse which allows you to enjoy the Clubhouse private amenities for a daily fee that covers your entire party. Upon arrival you may request a tour of the Club’s amenities. The fee is based on the number of days you choose and is paid in person at the club desk.

The Beach Club Clubhouse amenities include:

Fitness Center, heated indoor pool, game room, luxurious new ladies & gentlemen separate locker rooms with saunas, outdoor pool with Tiki Bar & Grill, children’s activities and access to tennis courts.

Number of Consecutive Days Used (the more days used, the rate goes down)
1 day = $46 total
2 days = $88 total
3 days = $126 total
4 days = $160 total
5 days = $190 total
6 days = $216 total
7 days = $238 total

Seasonal beach chair and umbrella rental is available for a fee. You can call 1-850-353-3276 to reserve them. This does NOT require membership to the Beach Club.

The Beach Club is located within minutes from world-class golf including The Peninsula, Kiva Dunes, and Craft Farms.

This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony. Pets are not allowed.

IF YOU ARE A PARENT RENTING FOR YOUR CHILDREN TO STAY WITHOUT AN ADULT OVER THE AGE OF 25 IN THE UNIT, PLEASE SELECT ANOTHER UNIT. WE WILL REMOVE RENTERS WITH NO ADULTS ON SITE. NO REFUND!

ATTENTION: Payment for reservation constitutes acceptance of our published rental agreement and cancellation policy.

REGISTRATION FEE AT THE BEACH CLUB
Effective June 1, 2023, a new registration policy at The Beach Club goes into effect. All guest reservations arriving June 1, 2023, or later are subject to a Registration Fee of $40.00 per vehicle per stay. Guests will not be allowed past the guardhouse unless they are pre-registered. In order for me to pre-register you, I will need your name, phone number, and number of guests. This information will be needed for all vehicles in your group. If you have day visitors, they will be charged a $7 “Day Pass” fee plus a 3.5% credit card processing fee- cash will not be accepted.

The following vehicle types are prohibited from parking at The Beach Club:
RVs and campers (including Sprinter vans with hook ups)
Trailers
Buses
Boats and jet skis
Off road vehicles
*Any vehicle which, in the sole discretion of Spectrum Resorts HOA Management Team, is of a size too large for a parking space to accommodate.

We would definitely recommend this property. The unit was nice and had everything we needed. The longer walk way and the sand runner made the walk to the beach so easy. Conveniently located to food and activities. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful area

Condo was well located on a beautiful stretch of beach. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of room for 4+ people, grounds well taken care of, and beautiful views from the balcony. Checkin was easy and owner responded quickly to any questions. Area is about 20-30 minutes from busy area of Orange beach, which made for a quiet and relaxing vacation. Would rent again.

Absolutely wonderful

This property was amazing and the host was so responsive and awesome. My family of four and 3 friends of my daughter came for spring break. It fit us comfortably. It was right on the beach and we could not have asked for anything better. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Relaxing Stay

Had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The condo was very clean and just what we were looking for. On a lower floor but not too low as to not have an incredible view. Owner was pleasant to work with and communication was easy when we had a date change because of my son's dorm move in date for college. She also answered any questions we had very promptly. Would reccomend!

Great view of the gulf and the pool! Highly recommend this property. With having two older daughters that like to come and go from the beach, to the pool, to the room, we felt very comfortable letting do what they wanted on the resort. Laura was great with responding when we had any questions. Will likely book again when we come back to Gulf Shores.

Long weekend family getaway

While the weather did not cooperate, the condo did. We had everything we needed and the condo was as advertised in the pictures on line. The host was easy to communicate with and helped out with some VRBO issues on my end. Would use again in a heartbeat!

Baseball - 4th of July Trip

We stayed for a week at the condo and had a great time. When we arrived we had no problem catching one of the four elevators to our room. Everything in the place was beautiful, clean and we had everything needed to enjoy breakfast and lunches in the room. The beach was nice, pools were relaxing and my boys enjoyed walking to the ice cream store and restaurant daily. My only tip would be if you choose to venture out for dinner on July 4th - don’t. The resort host a huge party at the club house and when you return from your dinner out - parking will be tight. Many guests come in for the awesome fireworks show and the lots are full - I can see why bc the show was top notch! However, once they leave, you can move your car closer. Our host was great and quick to reply to any messages sent. She even shared tips for the week, restaurants, and more. Thank you Laura for a great stay - if we were ever to return to Gulf Shores…this place would be my first to try to reserve!

Great family stay!

Easy checkin, well stocked kitchen, awesome view! Property was exactly as pictured/described. We were hesitant about staying at a resort with so many buildings/floors as we thought it may be crowded. However, we were pleasantly surprised about easily finding room on the beach and in the pool. The 6th floor balcony view was just perfect in the mornings being slightly above the palm trees. There were 4 elevators in the building so there wasn't usually a wait. As mentioned in the property description, there is a fee for using the clubhouse (we purchased access bc some family members wanted to workout). The clubhouse access also gave the kids access to a small arcade area with a handful of classic arcade games and 3 xboxes - nice activity for hot afternoons. Just FYI, there were not any beach toys/chairs/wagons as in some rentals we've had in the past, so we did end up bringing our own. Overall though, a great experience!

Renters BEWARE

As soon as we checked in I let the owner know the toilets weren’t working in the condo and that there seemed to be no water pressure. No one came to fix over the weekend we were there so we spent the entire stay going downstairs to use the lobby restrooms. It wasn’t very clean , it had a musty odor, everything was outdated and had gross bed coverings . After checkout WE were charged for these damages declaring we caused these incidents down to the details of there was sand in our condo still left ( which being a beach rental could happen) and spills on a stovetop that we didn’t even use on our entire stay. There is either a scam being ran by the cleaning service or owner so I would never recommend this awful experience for anyone and will be disputing and making a claim on this.

Everything about the condo and The Beach Club was wonderful. It was all very clean, everyone was friendly and we had a wonderful week. The host was very quick to respond when we had a question. There was tons to do at this property, especially if you got a Clubhouse Pass. If we come back to the Gulf Shores area, we would definitely stay here again and recommend this to friends.

Wonderful vacation

This condo was very clean and had perfect views. The beds were very comfortable. Great communication with the owner about electrical issue with the dishwasher. She was on top of it and worked very hard to get it fixed. Highly recommend.
