Why worry about your car in a public parking lot or the noisy people in the next room? Shady quiet gated property (not a park) with optional private pool and cabana use on beautiful LAKE MONROE! Internet, TV, WIFI. And we promise NO SNOW!! Bring your boat!. We have a dock! You can even explore the amazing St. John's River system with it's wildlife and scenic panoramas. King bed and loft sleeping as well as convertible dinette. The entire side slides out providing a much more spacious feel than your typical RV, about 350 sft. Sleeps 5 comfortably and can sleep 6-7. You'll have your own grill, outdoor TV, awing, and 2 refrigerators, as well as a washer and dryer in the unit. This is a private gated property 1/4 mile from interstate 4 and just over a half hour to Daytona Beach or Orlando. Discounts for mid term rental (1-3 months or 6-9 months). THE Perfect location for your central Florida stay! Please note: This listing does not allow for moving the RV to another location.

We have lived in central Florida for over 3 decades and have recently completed our new home on our 2 acre property on the north shore of Lake Monroe, which we are excited to share with others! We love to meet new people and help others create wonderful memories. We are new to VRBO, but want to make our guests as comfortable as possible. We love boating, running across Lake Monroe to Sanford for church or dinner or spending the day exploring the St. John's River. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to send an email!

From proximity to natural parks and theme parks, downtowns to beaches, we believe our location is among the best you'll find for your central Florida vacation. We encourage guests to take advantage of the extensive system of bike trails with access right in front of the house and explore the many parks and springs close by or take a quick half hour or less drive to Daytona Beach, Sanford, or the wonderfully quaint old Florida town of Deland. The Central Florida Zoo and the historic Barbara-Lee Rivership are also a short drive away on the other side of the lake. Take I4 or 429 or 417 to the theme parks and attractions in under an hour or enjoy the less hectic pace of natural Florida right in our back yard!
