Clean, pet friendly, close to skiing, restaurants, nice neighborhood. Bedrooms were laid out nice. Bathroom on every floor. Enjoyed game room.

Nice place to stay kitchen very small. Close to beach and pool. No fire pit. Lovely neighborhood

Clean, nice house, good location.

Overall house was nice. Good location, close to sking, snow tubing, supermarket and restaurants. Kitchen was small, jack and jill bathrooms took some getting used to. Family enjoyed the game room.

Best Vacation House

The house is very good almost every 4 rooms have a tv a perfect bed and balcony. Living rooms a good and bathrooms. Kitchen is great and backyard. I recommend you and your family stay there for vacation.

Relaxing getaway

We all loved the property for our yearly cabin trip! Beds were very comfy, property was spacious, and the hot tub was great. Any issues we had were quickly resolved. Location is great as well, I loved being near a few parks for hikes as well as Jim Thorpe for other activities. Very close to the beach as well. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Big house, enough beds,dishes, kitchen ware and hot tub and game room was great.

Was the perfect house as had all the things we needed for 7 adults and 2 dogs with smoking allowed outside. Was not far from many things to do and shop. Saw alot of deer. Would go again.

Absolutely amazing.

Amazing family vacation. Woke up every morning and ate dinner every night to a family of deer. House was perfect. Huge beds and lots of space. Couldn’t be happier.

Recent stay

Nice place good location great game room and most beds but the master we're comfortable The master is on first floor but has a Jack and Jill bathroom so not much privacy living furniture needs to be replaced I'm getting older so found steps in and out of house very steep Beautiful deer roamed in backyard every morning quiet and peaceful Had a great time though

Our lovely stay created an air hockey rivalry :)

We had a wonderful time. We went fishing and sunbathed by the beautiful lake, played some intense rounds of pool and air hockey, and had a great time just grilling and playing in the backyard. There were adorable deer everywhere. The children and dogs could not believe how close we got to the deer! A restful time in a quiet peaceful home.

Wonderful family home

We stayed one week with our 4 adult children, 2 spouses, 2 year old grandchild and 3 dogs. The house was clean, as advertised, hot tub was great, game room, dog friendly, family neighborhood. The lake/beach/pool were a short walk away, quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Everyone had a great time. We loved the deck and screened in porch for all day lounging. Hot tub was big and relaxing. Plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes and silverware. No complaints!

So many deer

When we first pulled into Towmensing Trail rd. We saw 14 beautiful deer. In the yard at the house there was a mama deer and 2 fawns. So very close to my grandboys. The house looked exactly like the pictures. The neighborhood was friendly. The beach is close by maybe 2 blocks. I wished we stayed longer. Hot tub was nice and the boys loved the game room. Everything was in working order. It was very nice.

Family Vacation

Location was very good. Didn’t like that we were a family of 10 and only able to go to the beach/pool 8 at a time so therefore we did that once, and not again because we left others out. House was beautiful. Beds very soft, so for people with back issues these were not ideal beds to sleep in. Trash had to be driven to a certain location. I would recommend to a group of 8. The black stone grill was amazing breakfast and dinner was cooked! Kids enjoyed the pool table others the hot tub. Kitchen table for 8 was good for game night.

Not what we expected

The property itself was fine and it is close to the water, but we had several issues. Pros: Close to the water, hot tub is nice, plenty of beds. Cons: VERY small kitchen and living room, the AC unit in one of the bedrooms was leaking and we never heard back when we reported it, there were wasps literally everywhere inside and outside, there was so much mildew in the basement that we couldn't use that bedroom, tv is so high up on the wall that it strains your neck to look at it. Overall I would give this place a 4/10, not sure why it is rated so high on here.

Great for family and relaxation

We had an amazing time. Husband and three kids. Stayed for only a few days. We brought all our sheets, towels, wash clothes, cleaning products, and food. Probably would bring pillows next time. Everyone had their own space. Rooms were nicely decorated. The local grocery store closes early, about 6pm, and they have basic things but, we found a Walmart about 25 minutes away. There are few pizza places nearby. The deer walk directly up to the house the kids found it fascinating. We would definitely stay again. Property was clean and everything was really easy to find. Instructions for access, trash, and heating systems was well outlined in check in email. We would definitely return in warmer weather. Loved our stay
