Nestled in Phoenix, this delightful Duplex offers a tranquil escape for guests. With 2 cozy bedrooms featuring a queen bed and a murphy bed/office room, a well-equipped bathroom with a shower and hair dryer, and convenient amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine, this brilliant property is the perfect home away from home. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.
Centrally located in the heart of phoenix, this space offers a convenient outlet to anywhere in the valley. Steps away from the walkable/Bike-able salt river canal, you can find everything you need less than a mile in any direction.
Enjoy libations at the neighborhood Bar/Restaurt 1 block away. Or the local brewery situated on the canal. The space is located between 3 major hospitals,The VA hospital, St Joes and Phoenix Childrens Hopital. Downtown PHX is only 3 miles away and old town scottsdale, a quick 20 minute drive. This is 1 of 2 VRBO units that are attached to each other, sharing 1 wall down the middle of the building. Each Space has its own carport and side yard. As well as each has its own washer dryer in the carport shed. The recently renovated yard offers guests a nice sitting are for morning coffee as well as a gas fire pit for evening under the stars. There is also a space for a little competitive corn hole game. The neighborhood is quiet with not much traffic. Mostly just neighbors walking at sunset. The unit has everything you should need for a comfortable stay. Fully equipped kitchen extra linens and blankets.

Adorable!!

Loved this place! Clean, well stocked kitchen and bedrooms. Nice linens, great decor, lovely yard and beautiful, vibrant neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. Host is great, very responsive and easy to work with. Check-in and out were a breeze. There were 3 of us, my older parents and me, we were very comfortable and enjoyed walking on the Grand Canal.

Small apartment style unit. One queen bedroom, one daybed bedroom, one bathroom. Very clean, very comfortable. All necessary amenities provided. Great kitchen with large fridge. Host was friendly & communicative - even offered some recommendations for the area. Covered carport. I am very pleased with my stay & will stay again if/when I need to be in the area.

Absolutely perfect

Our state was absolutely amazing from the beginning to the end. I cannot thank Gabriel enough for all his help and consideration and always getting back to me promptly. The place was very beautiful. Had beautiful artwork. I can’t say that stuff wasn’t amazing in every room. The colors made your day and your morning a little brighter. It was very quiet and very clean and very secure. I go for walks at 6 AM in the morning and I felt safe no matter what direction I walked in. I love to sit out under the stars, and there was a perfect place to do this with a great view. It also had a most wonderful place to watch the sun come up and the sun go down I will share it for sure. Be hitting Gabriel up again for this place when I’m in town thank you again for all your help and for having such a beautiful place and taking such good care of it
