Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located condo. This cute second floor unit that sleeps 6 is walking distance to Main St Blowing Rock for all the quaint town of Blowing Rock has to offer. Shopping, dining, Art in the park, wine tasting, people watching- you name it! Great place for a quick weekend getaway or an extended stay! Come stay with us for a wonderful time! Complex does NOT have an elevator Although this unit is pet friendly there are some strict HOA policy on breed & size- please READ the pet policy before booking- this is strictly enforced. NO PETS OVER 35LB NO EXCEPTIONS (no cats/puppies). Need more room- 3 other units available in complex! A Sweet Spot, A Sweet Getaway, A Sweet Stopover. Excellent location

We had a great stay! My husband son and girlfriend enjoyed the property. It was our second time in Blowing Rock and really liked being able to walk to the brewery and Main Street. Internet was solid for doing some work. Couch was really comfy and condo was decorated with a homey feel. Great cookware, appliances and everything you could possibly want.

Escape from the Heat

It was a welcome change froom heat and humidity. We were theree iin late July for two weeks and never turned the AC on.

Blowing Rock/App State Parents

Spent a few days in this condo in Blowing Rock to spend time with our son at App State. Cute two bedroom in good location- very accommodating owner-beautiful area. Enjoyed our stay so much we tried to stay again a few weeks later but was booked! Can highly recommend this property!

Very clean well appointed property!

I have two issues with the property. The extertior stair hand rails are constructed out of common wood pieces which are difficult to grasp for smaller hands. Also, both bathrooms are very small.
