BEAR’S LAIR is one spectacular place to hibernate! Inside this true log cabin home you can find a large vaulted living room with floor to ceiling stone fireplace, kitchen with granit countertops, and 2 King bedrooms each with attached bath, offer guests a taste of real mountain luxury. Custom light switches, towel bars, & mountain themed decor as well as Serta I-Comfort mattresses, show the guests' comfort is first & foremost! Upstairs the enormous, vaulted King bedroom has an in-room jacuzzi tub, fireplace, and flat screen TV. Be careful you may never want to get out of bed!

Located just off the parkway between Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. Its long private drive will give you privacy as while still enjoying a resort setting.

Outside living includes a level parking area & covered porches front & back with gliders, hot tub, and custom bear carvings perfect for enjoying the mountain weather! AMENITIES:
Our cleaning team provides start-up supplies such as: hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, paper toilet. Depending on the duration of your stay you might need to buy additional supplies for when the start-up package runs out.

HOT TUB:
Private hot tub in the back deck.
If you are pregnant or have consumed alcohol you are not allowed to use the hot tub. Use the hot tub at your own risk.

LAUNDRY:
Washer & Dryer present in the unit. One load of laundry detergent provided.

PETS:
Due to allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you for understanding.

SMOKING:
No smoking is allowed indoors.

SECURITY:
Two security cameras ouside of the property facing the driveway. There are no Indoor cameras.
