Lovely Spacious Home

We stayed here for a Baseball Tournament with 2 other families. It was the perfect setup for all of us. Plenty of room, Quiet Neighborhood, house is as described. Host was easy to communicate with. Use of the garage was a plus for us for storing baseball bags and equipment while not at ballparks. (They don't have the freshest scents) lolClose to shopping and restaurants. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Highly recommend

My family and I stayed here while we were in between homes, and it was exactly what we needed. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for a longer stay. The host was welcoming and responsive, which made everything stress-free. It truly felt like a home away from home—would definitely stay again!

Best Stay & Location

This home and our stay was excellent!! The location was terrific and put us close to all the activities without compromising noise. The location was perfect, quiet, close to amenities, food, shopping, golf, and trails for biking, walks or dog walking. The house itself was very well appointed, had everything we needed for our stay and much more to accommodate any guests. Our family had plenty of space to have fun in, sleeping arrangements, cooking, and even relaxing in the back yard. I highly recommend this stay and the hosts were easy to communicate with and fast response times. You will not regret your choice, and I most definitely would stay here again.

Ironman Texas stay

My wife and family stayed during the Ironman Texas in the house from Oliver and Karen. We booked very early last year. The house is about a 20 min. drive from and to Ironman village in a very quiet neighborhood. When you walk-in you are welcome from a very open room concept with lots of natural light. The house was in top condition very clean and the gardan well maintained. It had everything we needed during our stay. The connecting trails in that area are very welcoming to walk or run. There is also a big park just around the corner with lots of soccer fields, which my family enjoyed. We could not have stayed any better during this trip. Communication with owners was very easy via email, they replied very quickly and we had no issues during our stay. I can highly recommend the house and will do for any one who needs a stay close to the Woodlands but prefers it a little more quiet. Thanks for hosting us.

Beautiful home, furnished much nicer than most rentals

Very nice home, brand new, very comfortable. Huge backyard great for kids. Bikes available to ride on the surrounding trails. One suggestion is to add dimmers. All lights are bright white LED everywhere and it makes it hard to set a mood or relax unless in the dark. Also, great TVs in multiple places but no live TV, so if games/news wanted you’ll need to find your own way. Suggest they add YouTube TV!

Lovely New Home in a Wonderful Location

I stayed 5 weeks at this property and found it to be a wonderful property. Beautifully designed and kept in immaculate condition. Oliver and Karen are the absolute best property managers. Super responsive and ensured we were always happy during our stay. Located within minutes of delicious restaurants and great shopping! I’ll definitely go back when I visit the Houston area.

Great place to stay.

We lived this place. The house was very nice and the location was great also. Lots of nice running trails and great places to eat. We wish there was a seating area near the kitchen and a blender but other than that everything was perfect.
