"Ker Anne" is a semi-detached house of 55m² that can accommodate up to 4 people; it has been completely renovated and offers a wooden terrace with no overlooking neighbours of 15m² and an interior space with a two-seater hot tub available all year round. It has two double bedrooms, one with 1 double bed 140x200 (new bedding 2026), the second with 1 trundle bed for 2 people (recent bedding 90x200). The kitchen is fitted and fully equipped so you feel at home: induction hob with extractor hood, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, SENSEO and filter coffee maker, citrus press, as well as kitchen necessities and utensils. The lounge – dining room is equipped with a television, a fan and WIFI connection (fibre network). A bathroom and an independent toilet complete the rental.
