Beautiful, recently renovated home in family friendly Redondo Beach.

Great location
-5min drive to Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach
-15min drive to LAX and SOFI stadium
-20min drive to Venice Beach, Santa Monica, UCLA/Westwood, Beverly Hills
-30min drive to Hollywood, Staples Center, Disneyland and more!

The space
As you enter through the front door, there is a spacious sitting room and dining room off the wide hallway. The kitchen also has another, separate eating area. In addition, there’s a further sitting room downstairs.

Upstairs there is a master bedroom (king bed) with en-suite. A further guest bedroom (queen bed) with an en-suite bathroom. The two other bedrooms (one with a queen bed, the other with two twin beds) share a family bathroom. All bathrooms have tubs. There’s also a dedicated office with a height adjustable desk and a laundry room with washer/dryer.

Outside in the patio, there’s patio furniture and an eating area with chairs. Guests may use the Weber (gas) BBQ.

The neighbourhood
Redondo Beach is a safe, family friendly beach community. It borders Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach. There are many coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. We would recommend having a car to really take advantage of all the South Bay and LA have to offer. There are two parking spots on the driveway and street parking around the property. If you park on the street, please take note of the street sweeping signs!

Other details
-Guests have full access to the house except for the garage and wardrobe in the master bedroom.
-House has an alarm with a security camera at the entrance. The camera does not look into internal spaces.
-Please note, our gardener comes for approx. 20 mins every Thursday morning. He has access to the outside garden but not the house.
-Weekly cleaning required for longer stays.

Happy stay

We had a wonderful stay - the house was bright, spacious, clean and in a perfect location for us. Georgina was very proactive in her communication and the check in/check out process was easy. We enjoyed all the amenities the house offered and enjoyed this home away from home.

Incredible host and very comfortable family home

The host is incredible. Her communication was amazing the entire time. She offered suggestions for the area and made sure we were comfortable. We were displaced because of the fires and she really went above and beyond to help us under the circumstances. She even arranged to return packages we had shipped to her house that we didn’t end up getting in time before we had to leave. She truly cares about her guests. Additionally the space was perfect for our family. Our kids could spread out and we all slept well!

Family Thanksgiving

We rented this the day before Thanksgiving after a bad experience at another VRBO. Georgia was so kind and helpful allowing us to check in early as we had all our Thanksgiving groceries. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a wonderful dinner. There was also everything we needed for our grandchildren (ages 1 mo, 1 yr and 2 1/2). We came from Alaska, Washington and Oregon so the convenience of being close to the Strand was appreciated. Georgia responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Space for our family

The property was perfect for our three generations as we were in town for a family event. There was ample space when other relatives stopped by, and we all had room to enjoy the stay. Georgina was very kind and helpful and quick to respond. I'd recommend this property!

A bit disappointed

Although the house was nice and in a good location the 4th bedroom had a single bed and a mattress on the floor instead of 2 beds. One of the bathrooms had a broken shower door and the grout around the tub was gross looking. We contacted the owner who was pleasant however was out of the country and could not rectify the issues.

Everything was perfect

We loved our stay here at Ruhland. Georgina was an incredible host - super responsive and friendly. The house was clean and well maintained and had everything we needed. Location wise is convenient too - under 30 mins from LAX and a 10 min drive to great food and shopping in Torrance. We would definitely stay here again!

Family convening together

We had five adults and a two & five year old. This home had the space and 3.5 bathrooms to accomodate us. We appreciated the two parking spots in front of the garage. For the kiddos a play table, plastic dishes and gates at the top and bottom of the stairs. This home is gorgeous, highly recommend!

Lovely and Spacious

The host was extremely accommodating and lovely while affording us all the privacy we wanted. The house is quite spacious, especially the living area downstairs. It's quite convenient to everything you'll need including quick highway access and proximity to the airport and the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and yet you're a quick walk to restaurants and coffee. We all enjoyed our stay very much.

Eight of us flew in from three states to be together for the first time in a LONG time for a SoCal wedding. The house suited our needs perfectly. Comfortable in so many ways, perfect location, well-stocked kitchen the allowed us to host a lovely "family" dinner. Georgina is an attentive and helpful host. Beautiful Home! Wonderful Stay! Perfect Host!

We had a wonderful stay! Our host, Georgina, was the perfect host before and during our stay. The house is so thoughtfully organized. Clean, lovely and spacious. A beautiful patio, were we enjoyed starting our day and ending our day. A perfectly stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were big, the beds were comfy and nice. The house was big and cozy at the same. We truly enjoyed our time here! Close to grocery stories, the beach and restaurants. Feeling lucky to have found such a wonderful home!

A Great oasis for a visit to So. Cal. for a family wedding. 10 of us in comfort.

This property met all its promises. Georgina was very responsive and helpful in all things 'children'! We had four kids with us between the ages of 5-2. The baby gates were very convenient and easy to use. The house had all we needed in our home away from home. The kids loved doing laps downstairs and utilized the enclosed patio to expand their horizons. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Southern California. Great family home!

We had a wonderful time at Georgina’s home. The property is very family friendly. Perfect for my two children with bath tubs, high chair. even toddler gates on the stairs. The location is near many parks and easy to drive to the beach. Georgina is also very responsive. It’s a great home
