Welcome to Casa Verde, where you can enjoy resort-style living in our newly built, 3,900sf home! Sleeps 10 comfortably in main house. This one of a kind retreat is perfect for a large family with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms in the main house (all bedrooms have en suite private bathrooms) + we do have 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom for additional 2 guests in our spacious 600sf Guest House (for additional fee) with Queen bedroom, full kitchen and family room - please request to add (with Guest house sleeps 12 total)

The dreamy backyard includes a 40 foot swimming pool with grotto under the waterfall, a jump rock, jacuzzi, BBQ, dining table, firepit and putting green.

• 2 luxury suites include King beds + 3 luxury suites include Queen beds. (5 private bedroom Suites in main house) +Plus optional • 1 bedroom suite with Queen bed & 2nd kitchen located in Guest house for additional $ charge if requested.

• Exercise bike located in the master bedroom for workouts during your stay.

• Powder bathroom centrally located and accessible to the main kitchen and family room.

* In an effort to prevent fraud, we will require a photo copy of Drivers License or Passport for any adult guests for rental agreement purposes.

** The Spa and heating is included & available for your use during your stay with us. Please remember to turn off promptly after use so not to have excessive utility charges or there will be surcharge fee. - *** Pool is not heated but can be heated for your stay but there is a $80 (per day) surcharge due high gas prices at this time so please let us know prior to your arrival and we can coordinate for you preset to 82 degrees. (This can not be adjusted higher by guest and if this is done it is against our house rules and your stay can be terminated immediately as well as there will be a daily surcharge penalty to guest to cover host expenses for extreme gas utility bills and fees)

**** We have 3 exterior security cameras in the following locations. #1 - Front entry of home with Ring Doorbell. #2 - Driveway of our home located on the left side of the garage. #3 - Backyard of our home located on right side of guest house which does not view pool or jacuzzi but does view guest house slider door and back exterior table through to firepit and monitored by ADT for security purposes only.
