The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook like at home: an oven, a cooking plate, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, and dishes.
You will also find a washer-dryer for added convenience.


The studio comprises one bed (double – 140x200) made up with hotel-quality bed linen, offering comfort and tranquillity. A closet is available for you to settle in comfortably.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a mirror, a hair dryer and a towel dryer.

The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety.

The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.

The Champs de Mars is only a 7-minute walk away, perfect for morning strolls or evening picnics with views of the Eiffel Tower, which is around 10 minutes on foot.
The neighbourhood combines tranquillity with convenience, with local bakeries, cafés, and markets, and easy access to public transport, making it an ideal base for exploring Paris while enjoying a calm retreat at the end of the day.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, La Motte-Picquet – Grenelle (lines 6, 8 and 10), is just a 7-minute walk.

The RER station Champ de Mars Tour Eiffel (line C) is 12 minutes away.

Paris Orly Airport is approximately a 35-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
