On the ground floor:

- A LIVING AREA: Featuring a large U-shaped sofa, a large TV, and high-speed fiber Wi-Fi to stay connected.

- A DINING AREA: A large table for 8 people awaits you for enjoyable meals with family or friends.

- A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Prepare delicious meals just like at home. You will find: a stove, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, oven, as well as a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and everything you need to cook. The house is also equipped with a washing machine with drying rack, iron, ironing board, and more.

Upstairs:

- TWO BEDROOMS: They have a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and a dressing area.

- A MODERN BATHROOM: Relax under a walk-in shower. Towels and a hairdryer are provided.


## Access

Access to the accommodation is simple and flexible. You will have the entire apartment to yourself so you can feel right at home.

INDEPENDENT CHECK-IN: You can check in independently from 5 p.m. using a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet at the time of your arrival.

PARKING: The accommodation has parking spaces in the courtyard of the house, but you can also park very easily and free of charge on the street.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT: You are ideally located to explore the city. There are bus stops at the bottom of the street. The train station is a 15-minute walk away. What's more, you are only a 10-minute walk from the city center.

## Notes

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of some important information:
HOUSE RULES: The accommodation is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Respect for the neighborhood is essential between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 3 p.m. / Check-out before 10 a.m. Flexibility is possible depending on availability, so please do not hesitate to ask us. For any check-out between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., a supplement of €10 per hour will be charged.
CLEANING: Cleaning fees include thorough cleaning of the accommodation and the provision of bed linen and towels.
DEPOSIT: A deposit will be required if you book through certain platforms. It will not be debited from your account but will be pre-authorized.
