For a family holiday, a 100 m² townhouse furnished for 6 people. Close to the beaches and the town center. On the raised ground floor: entrance hall, living/dining room, separate kitchen, shower room, and WC. Upstairs: landing, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, and WC. Large basement with storage room, laundry room (washing machine), etc. Kitchen equipment: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. Leisure facilities: flat-screen TV, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, etc. Sleeping arrangements: 2 x 140 cm beds, 2 x 90 cm beds. Garden and front steps facing the street, large garden at the rear of the house. Private enclosed garden. To be paid upon arrival: 2 security deposits: €600 for the rental, €150 for cleaning and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: bed linen €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week. Cleaning: €150. Pets €30/pet + a security deposit of €100. The rental period begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest.
