This charming lakefront Sandestin home on a quiet street has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a nice kitchen, large living area, grill, deck and balcony overlooking a lake, plus a golf cart! Parking for 2 cars plus a golf cart. Master upstairs with private balcony. New gas grill on lower deck next to lake where you can catch trophy bass or feed the ducks. Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort is a world class resort with something for everyone! Guests have access to the private Sandestin beach, golf courses, tennis, trails, fishing piers, plus the Village of Baytowne with dining and activities for all ages! The sugar sand beaches of the emerald coast are a short drive away! Must be 25 to book. Person booking must be present at all times. 6-Seater Golf Cart is included. Additional 4-seater golf cart is available for $100.00 per night per reservation. Check in is at 4:00PM and check out is at 10:00AM.

This is a great place in a great location on a great resort for a great escape. It’s in a quiet section of the resort, and well off the main road. There is just so much to like: relaxing spaces, comfortable bedrooms, fabulous deck and dock, and full kitchen. The golf cart made for easy access to the beach, the golf courses, restaurants/bars, marina, multiple fishing ponds, and even more just outside of the resort including a large grocery store and even more restaurants and shops. You could really make do without a car while you are on the property, and it only takes a few minutes to get anywhere with the cart. The golf courses are very nice (there is overseeding in November, FYI), and yes you can even catch fish right off the dock. Plenty of turtles and herons to see, too. It really feels like a luxury unit on a luxury resort. Our stay was memorable and most enjoyable. John was very helpful and responsive, which we really appreciated. We hope to come back again and again!

House by the bay

Great experience, except one thing was a little aggravating but not enough to make a big deal about it, the owners car parked there made it a little difficult with room when having 2 families with 2 vehicles & golf cart, had to do a lot of maneuvering, but we made it work,… location was great & clean…

Great Stay

Stayed at this property for approx. a month, check in was easy and seamless. Property is as advertised, golf cart functioned fine and equipment in the home was all functioning. Host is very good and checked in a number of times.Pros.....Location, outdoor space, host.Cons..... No BBQ (big miss), No guest guide book of area, would have been nice to know what's in the area and hot spots for eating and entertainment. Overall it was a very relaxing and comfortable stay in a nice home....... Thank you

Miramar Beach

We had a wonderful stay at the house. It was just as pictured. We loved having access to the golf cart. John was super helpful. He actually took my husband fishing. We really enjoyed our stay. The only negative thing that I would say is that the houses are super close. Not much privacy on the deck. But it was still a wonderful place.

Great Property/Great location

We loved our stay. The home was very clean and well appointed. Everything was in working order. We loved being right on the water. Our kids enjoyed fishing! The manager was extremely attentive.

Excellent unit and host

We really enjoyed our stay in Sandestin. We booked 7 nights. Everything was super easy from the biking, to the check-in process, to checkout. House was clean and fresh. 2 Queens and 2 twin beds worked perfectly for our group. Loved having the washer and dryer as well as gas grill and fire pit. House had 4 tvs but and a few board games for those rainy days. The included golf cart was also a plus as made running errands or running to the beach very easy. Great place to stay and we would definitely book at this property again.

This is it!

I never expected to say "I won't go anywhere else" but this is exactly where I want to spend future vacations. The home was beautiful and felt like home. The fishing items included were just one of the many extras that made this property perfect. The location has all you need. We didn't need to leave the resort! The dock gave us a beautiful evening hangout spot or early morning fishing opportunities. We used the complimentary golf cart to travel about the resort. We took it to the beach, dinner, and to watch sunset. It was so convenient! My children are 18 and older and loved it; however, we saw tons of fun things for smaller children. This was an excellent rental for all ages. We met a few locals who live in the neighborhood that were welcoming and helpful. The house was immaculate and accommodating. The pillows and beds were extremely comfortable. The pool is a block up the street and most everything is a very short cart ride away. To top it all off, this property has the best property manager I have ever encountered. John Estrada is top notch. I travel often and I can easily say he is the BEST! Take his advice for things to do and welcome him as a valuable asset to your trip. I try to be specific and honest in reviews so others can make an informed decision. With that being said, I was unable to find a negative about this home, property, or experience. You can't go wrong here.
