This newly-constructed open concept home is a golf lover's dream and is centrally located for everyone else! You will be within walking distance of the neighboring Elk's Golf Course and within a half-mile of numerous shopping and dining locations, while skiing and lake access are a quick drive away. You'll love this two-story home's stylish brand new furnishings and modern light fixtures. The gas grill is on a covered patio, so it's always cookout season, and if you prefer to go gourmet, the spacious full kitchen is at your mercy. This home features three bedrooms and a bunk room. The kids can escape into the bunk room that also serves as a game room and prime hangout spot. With a full-size bumper pool table, board games, and a flatscreen TV, you'll never hear the words, "I'm bored."

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Clean and spacious with comfortable beds and everything we needed to enjoy our getaway with 8 people staying. BBQ and hot tub on the back covered patio was a welcome bonus.Close to grocery store and coffee shops.Highly recommend!

The property is in a great location and in a very nice neighborhood. It was a hop skip jump from my Dad's house so that was VERY convenient. Coming from Texas... we loved having the air conditioner! Close to the grocery store as well. The beds were very comfortable too. After hiking all day, coming back and soaking in the hot tub was definitely a big plus. If I had to say anything negative, it would just be that the bunk room for the kids didn't have a bathroom. But other than that, the home was perfect and I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

Nice home conveniently located!

Nice open floor plan with 2.5 bathrooms. Plenty of room to sleep and hang out! We would have liked TVs in the bedrooms but that is just a personal preference. Overall it was a great experience.

Group Getaway

My longtime group of friends playing a RPG together has to go on hiatus. We went to this nice little house for one final weekend of gaming, hanging, and goodbyes (hopefully just for now). It was super spacious and accommodated our need for multiple sleeping rooms really well.

Family Weekend

This property was great for our 3-generation visit to Sandpoint for a family wedding. Plenty of space for all 9 of us too spread out. Teens and Tweens enjoyed the bunks and games. Adults enjoyed the hot tub. Incredibly quiet neighborhood complete with deer.

Great Getaway after a day at Silverwood

We spent 4 amazing nights here. 2 days at Silverwood and this was the perfect place to stay and unwind each day. House was super comfortable, quiet and the hot tub was amazing.

Family good times

The property was immaculate, well stocked with dishes and appliances and clean. A bonus was no steps to get in the front door or to the back yard. One of the family has Parkinsons and this made a huge difference. We used the BBQ and the hot tub. A fledgling Osprey sat in a tree in the back yard for over an hour. My 13 year old grandson claimed the upstairs bonus room. It made the trip for him.

Excellent Family Property

I really like this property and would stay here again. It was very well equipped, had a great yard and provided easy access into Sandpoint. The loft room was a bit hot and would benefit from additional AC. One thing I REALLY appreciated was the simplicity of check out. There was no “scrub this place from head to toe or we’ll charge you $1000” it was just “hey, if you could start the dishwasher and turn off lights that’s be cool, if not no worries.”’

May 18-21, 2023 visit

We really enjoyed our stay in sandpoint, Idaho this weekend and the house was perfect! The house is very new, very clean, and a perfect set up for eight guests. We had plenty of room, beds are super comfortable, linens and towels are very nice, and the kitchen is well stocked as we made breakfast and lunch everyday for our party of 8. Wifi worked great. Tv worked great for streaming sports that we wanted to watch while we had a little downtime during the days. This house has everything you need to enjoy your stay. I give this vacasa, VRBO a 10 star ranking out of 10 stars. Thank you for letting us stay at your house and we hope to be back next year for another fun weekend.

Great place under unbelievably BAD management!

The place is Great! Spacious, Clean, New. The only comment I would give to the Owners (real owners, not Vacasa) is to have some shelving or drawers in the queen bedroom on a fist floor: the few shallow drawers there good only for phone etc, but not for clothiers. Closet organizer may solve storage problem (I am talking as former host/owner). As for Vacasa.... Get read of this mismanagement company! Vacasa is BAD! They NEVER answer the question you asked. They only send sales speeches in response and do not even mention your question! There is No instructions on how to operate TV or fireplace! First, we got from them is that hot tub needs to be drained, so we cannot use it until they do it. They offered $50 off for the inconvenience. When we replied that we do not need the hot tub and they can just remove the hot tub fee from our bill and not worry about dealing with it now, we got no reply! When we contacted them about TV in the living room and Fireplace not working, we got NO help! After a few days pressing the question, we figured out TV by ourselves, and finally got a reply about how to start fireplace: they told us where we can get firewood! Ironically, it was a Gas fireplace! This alone tells you how much attention they pay to the properties! They are only concerned with the $$ they get. We had to adjust our stay due to the airline flight time change, and when we shortened our stay by a day (with in free cancellation period), they managed to charge us more in taxes and fees! It took a while to make them understand the irony in this! When we reported that the hair dryer was not working, we were told that they would report it to a local manager.... We never heard from them. When I asked for compensation for all the inconvenience (no TV in the living room and no Fireplace for a few days, no Hairdryer in the hall bathroom) and aggregation dealing with Vacasa, I was told that they notified local manager, who is out of town, and will contact us when he returns on Monday... never heard from this mysterious manager. It is sad that VRBO and the Owners deal with this kind of "management"! This property has enormous potential, but Vacasa will destroy it!

Great value, lovely home

Spacious, SUPER clean and good-smelling, conveniently located home. We had plenty of room to spread out, and the house featured everything a guest could need. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathrooms spacious, and the TVs large enough to watch movies. We will rent the home again this summer.

Christmas Winter Wonderland!

My whole family drove out to have a first Christmas with my sister’s new husband and his family. We needed a fairly large place that could accommodate us and a kitchen big enough to cook Christmas dinner. We were very impressed with the beautiful, spacious, well stocked kitchen! The house itself is beautiful. Spacious and cozy all at once. We ended up with fewer people than planned due to the winter storm that effected much of the nation, ice, sub-zero temps. Even so, we were cozy warm, the fire place added to the ambiance, and we even braved the hot tub a few times. This house is close to everything but snuggled into a beautiful, private neighborhood. It was sparking clean when we arrived. The upstairs game room/bunk room was were our teen boys spent a majority of their time. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows (which I usually have trouble with on vacation) were perfection. We will 100% be staying here again!!
