The Space:

Experience the enchanting charm of Dover Bay Resort at this pet-friendly "Cabin in the Woods" home. This inviting residence boasts a spacious and bright atmosphere, complete with a wraparound deck featuring an outdoor fireplace and a private hot tub off the back deck, ensuring a serene retreat just 3 miles from downtown Sandpoint.



The main level features two primary bedrooms, each outfitted with king-sized beds, luxury linens, and private en suite full bathroom - there is an additional half-bathroom on the main floor. The upstairs bunk room, ideal for teens or additional guests, includes four Full-sized beds and a private full bathroom.  Enjoy modern comforts such as central air conditioning, blazing-fast internet, a cozy gas fireplace, and a large TV.  The chef in your group will appreciate the fully appointed kitchen.



Relax on the covered, year-round deck, which is equipped with an outdoor fireplace, a hot tub, and a gas BBQ grill. Please note this home has limited parking, the garage is available for one car and the driveway is available for two additional parked vehicles.



Dover Bay Resort enhances your stay with 9 miles of well-maintained paths and trails, a marina, the DISH restaurant, and a convenience store. Just a 5-minute walk away, Balto Dog Park offers a pet-friendly beach and swimming area, a small playground, and restrooms. Please note that Lake Club Fitness is privately owned and not accessible to vacation rental guests.



Strategically located just 3 miles from downtown Sandpoint and a 25-minute drive to Schweitzer Resort, this home is an ideal base for a memorable getaway any time of the year. Enjoy the luxury and meticulous attention to detail in this exceptionally clean and well-maintained vacation home.



Note:  Lake Club Fitness is privately owned and is unfortunately not open to vacation rental guests at this home.

Superb location and house

What an amazing house! Very cozy, clean, and great location. The kitchen is very well stocked with very nice appliances and kitchen supplies. You couldn’t ask for a better location, walking distance to the Dover Bay Marina. We will definitely stay here again, and will definitely spread the word. I would recommend this place to anyone. The only downside was that the hot tub wasn’t even hooked up, so we couldn’t use it, which was a big bummer, but hopefully next time it will be set in place and working. Otherwise it was a great extended location and great memories were made with amazing friends!

Amazing Stay in a Beautiful Home!

We had an incredible stay! The home was absolutely beautiful and filled with so many great amenities. The space was perfect for everyone, and we truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches—including the adorable pup pictures throughout!The only small challenge we encountered was finding the key upon arrival, as there wasn’t adequate lighting that night. Additionally, it would be helpful to have the hot tub instructions included in the 3-ring binder—we only realized the necessary treatment on our last day.That said, these were minor details in an otherwise perfect experience. We give this home a full 5 stars and would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend!
