Cocoonr offers you this charming 120 m² stone house in Ver-sur-Mer, one kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 people.

It comprises a 45 m² living room, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two shower rooms and a garden of around 400 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A 45 m² living room/veranda with dining area and hammock area
- Open-plan kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Living room with TV, sofa, armchairs and decorative fireplace
- Separate WC

On the 1ᵉʳ floor:
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds
- A shower room with shower and WC

On the 2ᵉ floor (independent access from outside):
- A 40 m² living room with a kitchenette, dining area and double sofa bed
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160x200)
- A shower room with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A lovely 400 m² private, enclosed north-facing garden to make the most of the fine weather
- A 30 m² north-facing terrace with furniture and games

The house is ideally located in Ver-sur-Mer, in pleasant, peaceful surroundings. Nearby, you'll find all the shops you need for everyday life, including a bakery, mini-market and bar, all within easy reach of the property.

- 200 m from the British Normandy Memorial
- 100 m from the "America and Gold Beach" museum
- Commemoration of the D-Day landings on 6 June 1944 every year
- 50 m away, a playground ideal for children. There is a table tennis table (the gite lends rackets).
- Near the beach, there is a tennis club, a riding school and a sailing club for light sails.

If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house.
