The property was fine; however, our stay coincided with the Slammed Car Show. While the people at our building were okay, the noise and traffic became ridiculous. Any issues we had were attended to promptly.

Perfect Location

This place was in a perfect location for our quick little fall break getaway. The condo was very clean and super spacious. Not to mention, it was super quiet. You couldn’t hear noise from the streets. We will definitely stay here again.

Needs attention

Needs a thorough cleaning. Had to purchase roller for TP wall mount as there was none. Neither bathroom has towel bars/hooks to hang towels. Master br vanity front panel of drawer not connected on one side. Dryer does not shut off automatically, being fire hazard should guest turn on dryer and leave. Dining room chairs need re-cushioned and material is quite stained/dirty.

The condo is nice, but the pool and surrounding area is not.

This building has the feel of a back alley motel. We weren’t thrilled when we pulled up. The condo was nicely furnished, but lacked some kitchen and bath needs, did not have a working clothes washer, had too few towels (and the ones provided were small and cheap), and had weak wifi. The door lock was super annoying! The biggest plus was its close location to the convention center and that it provided a lot of space for my family.

4 great nights in Pigeon Forge

Perfect location! Very well-equipped kitchen. Kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. Bedrooms, dining area could stand a deep cleaning(light fixtures, windows, candy wrappers under beds, sofa and area rugs), knob missing from washing machine. We would book again as the location is great and condo has lots of space.

Cleanliness, pool, general supplies for stay, towels and wifi

At time of rental payment there was no indication that wifi was limited and that no streaming was available. There were times when phones could not connect. Towels - only one kitchen towel and only 6 bath towels for 5 people for a week. Only one roll of cheap paper towels, no napkins or paper plates and only one box of Kleenex. Other rentals we have done provided these items. Dumpster was on the property next door. Elevator has plywood floor. Limited supply of very poor quality trash bags. Pool water was cloudy and looked like it had not been serviced for a while. Closets need hangers to use. More pillows needed for the bedrooms. Bathrooms had one bar of soap and no soap dish. Some hand soap dispensers would be a great idea. Kitchen sponge was not new. We will not stay here again and will not suggest it to friends or family.

Pigeon Forge getaway

The unit we stayed in was perfect for our needs. It was less expensive than 2 hotel rooms and gave us room to relax between activities without having to go to a lobby. It has a large deck off of both the kitchen and the master bedroom that were nice for morning coffee. We were there in the off-season so weren't able to use the pool or anything. It is right off the main road so it is easy to get to many attractions. The management was very responsive and kept in touch during our stay. Contactless check-in and out were great. We were missing a comforter for one of the beds and they brought one the next day since we had checked in at about 9:30 p.m. The unit was nice but the building it is in could use some updating. The only thing that was baffling is the number of light switches that didn't turn anything on and the fact that only the top plug in worked on several of the outlets.
