started off not getting a check-in code that I was told would happen in 48 hours previous to showing up, when I inquired about it, I was told that it was sent to me and I was unable to operate my email correctly, I explained to them that I was able to find their second billing when they needed the money, but for some reason there was no check-in code! After finally getting a hold of two different people they sent it to my email the morning before we left! After getting there, the door was unlocked and would not lock after we were in the rental, therefore we could not leave we could not go to sleep without a lock door! I called and told them they said there was no problem with the door because they talked to the people who had left there and I explained to them I don’t care what they say. I was unable to lock my family safely in the condo.! some lady called me said I was mean to them and that I needed to leave that night! I couldn’t make that up! I had a great grandma, my wife, her daughter and two grandkids all women, drive 4 1/2 hours after dark they tell me to get out and find another place because my door won’t lock and they didn’t wanna hear that I suppose! finally, after getting hung up on and threatened to be kicked out another phone call rang. It was the same lady who helped me get the code. I told her to send a technician and if the door locked, I would pay for it of course it didn’t lock. The technician came. The door was finally corrected and not being able to go an
