Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great place to stay.

Family Getaway!

This cabin was perfect for our family and four year old! We really enjoyed the suite upstairs and the suite downstairs. Definitely enough room for our daughter to run around and wind down after a long day. We love how close it was to the main strip but also that it was secluded - we even got to see a bear a few houses down one morning! Great experience and great location! We will be back!

Great cabin

This cabin was a great choice for a short getaway to the mountains. The location is great- you are close to the main road but it doesn’t feel that way- With the great Mountain View’s and was a quite neighborhood. Everything was very clean and the theater room was awesome.

Weekend at the cabin

We had a good time and the cabin was nice. The only thing is I didn't know how to work the fireplace. All in all was a good stay.

Great house - will be back

My wife and I booked this lovely little house for a vacation with the family. We were able to fit 3 adults and 4 children, with no issues. Beds were large and comfortable. The two pull out mattresses were plenty enough for the kids to sleep on. The kids absolutely loved the theater room and we enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub! Great location close to everything you need with being far enough away to not have constant traffic by the house. We loved our stay and will be back!

An amazing place to stay

Great location. When you got there we seen they gave us everything we needed. All we needed was to buy food. The only thing that I would change was a stronger shower head. And stronger jets in the hot tub. But everything else was spot on. All my kids loved the theater. Definitely would stay there again.

It works

Nice place, but there are issues. The downstairs bed is very old and V's in the center. Several of the remotes and controllers didn't have batteries or work. We lost power at 7am the morning we were trying to leave. It was never restored and Vacasa said they didn't care be out on time.

Little Smaller Than Wxpecred but Cozy to Boot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very close to the main strip which was perfect for our stay. The house was generally clean, there were just a couple issues such as there were blood drips by the toilet and a bandaid left in the top corner of the shower in the upstairs bathroom but other than that it looked good. The mattresses were our biggest issue, they were extremely uncomfortable. Other than that it was awesome, my kids enjoyed it.

Down stairs king bed is V'd. So, you will be sliding to the middle of the bed all night. Also, the property is being managed by Vacasa. This company is awful. They do not care about customer service or issues that arise. They told me that my problems had nothing to do with them so they wouldnt be able to help me with anything.

Below expectations, but not a complete disaster.

The toilet paper and bath towels were like sandpaper. It claimed to sleep eight, but there were only blankets for five people. It was clean, but nothing fancy. The kitchen had no salt and pepper and no can opener--all things we could have used. The TV remotes did not work properly, preventing us for watching anything. Overall, I would say it was below expectations, but not a complete disaster.

Great Looking Place.

The cabin is beautiful when you lay eyes on it. It has a cool theater and 3 hot tubs that makes you think it will be a wonderful stay. Place was half cleaned. There was a spider in our bedroom tub. A dead spider which leads me to believe the tub wasn’t cleaned. The keypad lock didn’t work and the host blamed it on human error. We asked for more towels and got nothing. Well water doesn’t stay hot so I get it but 3 people have to wait a long time in between showers. Overall the house is lovely but the customer service not so much!

Great Cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I just returned from our July 4th weekend in the Smokies. The cabin is far enough out off the main road but not so secluded it feels like a scary movie lol. The cabin is accurate to the pictures. We cooked everyday and felt there was enough cookware and silver wear. The gas grill outside is a plus. The theater room and pool table was a big hit with my family. The hot tub at the end of the night was a great way to relax. The management team was awesome to deal with so quick to respond to any of my questions. They also came out right away and replaced the defective tank of gas for the grill. The cabin was clean and came with starter toiletries, and paper goods. My family enjoyed our stay and would stay again with no hesitation.

Pigeon Forge Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My overall experience was decent. The company communicated well and followed up frequently. The house was not exactly clean. The hot tub had not been cleaned and water level was extremely low. There was dirt in one of the bathtubs along with hair in the shower and on the "clean" towels. There were quite a few cobwebs and some of the dishes were dirty. While we adventured away from the cabin often, it was kind of a bummer that it was not as clean as I thought it should have been. There were also a lot of broken amenities. Both beds were broken, toilets barely flushed and made noises and the pool table was not level and sticks were cheap and warped. Kind of a bummer.

Disappointed

Sadly, we did not love anything about the cabin. The pictures on the site were a bit deceiving as we did not know there was such a STEEP set of stairs that went down to the basement area. My father could not use the stairs due to health reasons, nor was I able to. Was very disappointed to find out that the hot tub was down the stairs on the bottom deck. The cabin was very scarcely decorated. Very little lighting in the living room. No lamps at all. One lamp in bedroom with only one nightstand. Dusty areas throughout. Shower curtains were moldy. I contacted company and they came out to replace shower liners and repaired a nail sticking up on steep staircase, which was nice but that shouldn't have even taken place of properly cleaned/maintained. Outside of cabin's landscaping is overgrown and desperately needs maintenance. The large tub in bedroom leaked, as well. They came out and fixed it when I contacted them, but again I shouldn't have had to do that seeing as we were on vacation and it was something they should have made sure was properly operable before anyone rented the cabin. Overall, we were very disappointed. That was our one vacation this year that we were looking forward to. I definitely wouldn't recommend.

Worst. Ever.

1. We couldn’t get into the villa upon arrival. Despite following the detailed steps rigorously, the deadbolt wouldn’t turn, and we were stuck outside with melting ice cream until the property manager got us the housekeeping key code. Strike one. 2. Our mattress is quite literally the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. The springs in the bed are completely broken. When I laid down the first time, it made sounds like a cacophonous xylophone. The property manager was aware but unwilling to resolve the issue during our stay. The bedding in general lacked quality and cleanliness. Strike two. 3. The big draw on the advertisement for this property was a cinematic style entertainment setup in the lower level (our kids were most excited about this feature). None of the entertainment systems were operable. None. The screen turned on, but none of the feeds worked. We followed the instructions to the letter, to no avail. At one point, we were able to get audio on the DVD player (there is no DVD remote, by the way), and only one if the six surround sound speakers worked. A complete dud and a total letdown. Strike three.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: 1.Location, only about 1/2 mile to the Parkway in Pigeon Forge but still somewhat secluded. Perfect if you don't like being too far back in the woods and far from the attractions. 2.Size, very spacious as cabins go for a 2 bedroom. Very new/clean, if you don't care for the 'well worn' and cluttered cabins this one may be for you. Still very new and everything worked as it should. 3.Entertainment, big flat screen TVs in living room and bedrooms with cable, pool table and projection screen theater with X-box, cable, and Blu-Ray player. 4.Leasing company, is available 24/7 and very responsive. Cons: The only real negative, and it does speak to the overall value, is the quality of the furnishings and amenities. I expected more quality in basically everything for the price. Vinyl flooring, no real wood or tile. Cheap furniture which is not uncomfortable now but is also basically brand new. Low cost, no frill appliances and Formica type countertops in the kitchen. The blinds in all the windows are all super cheap and basically block no light so if you like to sleep late the Eastern facing bedroom windows will make this difficult. Towels are nice, but small in size and number and our family of 4 had to wash towels every day to have enough. Overall we had a great time and a comfortable stay. As long as you are not expecting anything to be high end you will enjoy it!

Location, location, and location!

Title says it all this cabin is conveniently located with great parking. Patience is a virtue that I have to harness sometimes in the heavily congested roads on the strip but knowing that the cabin is a quick up the mountain ride with almost no traffic is a major win.
