The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house and is modern, furnished in the typical local style and functional. The property is situated in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: sun lounger, terrace and garden furniture.

Crikvenica. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs, bounded by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a separate entrance. In the same house there are holiday flats CRI CRI 471 (5 persons) and CRI CRI 472 (5 persons). Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.
