Welcome to this superb 70-square-meter loft located on the first floor of a prestigious residence in Aix-les-Bains.

This light-filled apartment offers an ideal setting for a functional yet relaxing stay in the heart of the French Riviera.

You'll enjoy breathtaking views from your private terrace, a real asset for relaxing outdoors. The interior layout comfortably accommodates four people. The first bedroom has a pull-out bed consisting of two single beds (90 x 90 cm). The second bedroom is furnished with a spacious double bed (160 x 200 cm). A crib (60 x 80 cm) is also available in the living room for young parents. The apartment is fully equipped to ensure your comfort with Wi-Fi, television, heating, and air conditioning.

The modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, oven, and all necessary cookware and utensils. A shower room, washing machine, dryer, iron, and hairdryer are at your disposal. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed, and we remind you that smoking is prohibited. Pets are welcome in this accommodation. Please note that bed linen and towels are provided at an additional cost.
