Points forts :Appartement spacieux.Emplacement idéal, à proximité immédiate du lac.Points faibles :Difficulté à joindre le responsable : attente de 1h30 pour obtenir le numéro de chambre à l'arrivée.Manque de propreté à l'arrivée : l'appartement n'avait pas été nettoyé.

Nous sommes désolés que vous ayez dû attendre pour accéder à la propriété, cependant, comme vous en avez été informé, la livraison des codes, à la fois pour l'entrée du parking, la caisse et le numéro d'étage est donnée par email, pas besoin pour l'hôte d'être présent. Nous regrettons que le nettoyage n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Il est effectué par une équipe de professionnels qui nettoient soigneusement la propriété au départ et à l'arrivée des nouveaux clients. Cependant, vous pouvez toujours contacter l'hôte qui sera en mesure d'envoyer l'équipe de nettoyage pour faire une révision si nécessaire. Aix les bains, c'est bien

Super endroit, bien situé, près de tout, place de parking privatif et fermé, coin calme, appartement climatisé, à recommander. Casino, restaurant, piscine, bowling, très accueillant.
