Spacious home with two family rooms, two sided gas fireplace, high ceilings, large dining area and open kitchen. 5 bedrooms upstairs accessing 4 full bathrooms, plus a bonus hangout area and all with fabulous mountain views. Gather friends and family, enjoy the slopes, cook meals and enjoy the hot tub and open outdoor space. Summer fun is just a walk away with fly fishing, Deer Valley outdoor concert series, cafes and easy walk into Park City’s Main Street. One car garage and Deer Valley Ski Shuttle available for guests. Stop for free bus transit system is also just short walk from the house.

Deer Valley has been our family’s gathering spot for decades now. We’ve enjoyed many powder days, sun filled spring skiing, summer jaunts to Moab, lakes and fly fishing adventures. We began celebrations at this home with the 2002 Olympics and have followed with Sundance Film festival fun and many friends and family gatherings. We hope you will enjoy the warmth and ease of the house with its open spaces and great layout for multi family enjoyment.
