This luxury ocean-view villa is the perfect place for a family beach vacation. The home is 600' to the Gulf with piers and beach access. There is a heated community pool approx. 1000 feet away. For a larger beach - Windmark Beach is short 5 min walk which has public restrooms.

This villa was designed for entertaining with 3 large decks (wait till you see the sunset from the top deck), loungers, open floor plan, 2 living rooms, 2 master suites, double bunk room for kids, and a kitchen complete with a gas stove makes family meals a breeze!

On the ground level we have a 6 seater hot-tub, full-size shuffleboard court (resort style!) and fire-pit! We include enough wood for your stay and even provide a delicious treat - graham crackers, marshmallows stuffed with chocolate, and disposable roasting sticks - who doesn't love a good s'mores!

WindMark public beach is a short 5 min walk if you desire a larger beach. A larger community pool is in the neighboring WindMark and is about a 15 min walk. We have 6 bikes available for use including a chariot trailer for towing small children. The bikes are great to use on the over 2.5 miles of biking trails. WindMark is home to Restaurants (Bruno's Pizza; The View on Old 98), The Mercantile Mill (coffee, bar, spirits, package store), Fit as a Fiddle gym (day passes available).

Jonathon responded immediately to any question. The house was amazing. We had a great time riding the bikes to the beach and pool. The pool is actually a heated pool. The hot tub was amazing. We wish we could have stayed longer.

The home and location was wonderful. The only complaint was is the lady bugs and biting flies. It was really bad on the beach and pool. Definitely won’t go back in September.

Relaxing and beautiful sunsets

We enjoyed our time at the house in the hot tube, riding the bikes to the beach. My kids and husband enjoyed fishing and I enjoyed picking up she’s on the beach. We were looking to get away and relax and that is exactly what we did. Cute little towns we enjoyed checking out the little shops and attended St. Joseph for Mass on Sunday.

Our first Port St Joe Vacation

This was a great vacation for my family. The house was beautiful and Jonathan was a great host. The place had plenty of room and was convenient to everything. My wife and grand boys loved riding the bikes around the neighborhood and to the pool and beach. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Best Family Trip

We absolutely LOVED staying here and had our best family trip yet! The neighborhood was in a convenient location just a quick bike ride (or car ride) to the beach, and only 8 mins to Downtown PSJ. Our kids loved the bikes, we rode them every single day! The home was well equipped with what we needed to cook at home, and it was nice and clean upon arrival. We were very comfortable and had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the entire home. The owner was very responsive and an excellent host. We will for sure be back!

Great place to stay that has it all

This property is an excellent place to stay with a family size group. It has all the amenities you need at no additional cost such as a hot tub, plenty of bicycles, a second floor play area just for the kids, a fire pit, and all the beach toys - chairs, umbrella, floats, and kids sand toys. Jonathan, the owner, is very quick to respond to any concerns or questions you have. I will definitely stay here again. My entire group of 12, 6 adults and 6 kids, thoroughly enjoyed our visit here.

Port St. Joe Beach House

House was as advertised. Very clean and everything needed for the beach was provided from beach chairs, tents, bikes to ride to pool or beach and beach towels. Access to pool was easy and everyone in neighborhood was super friendly! Port St. Joe is only a 7 minute drive from house if you wanted to grab groceries, eat out or pick up bait to go fishing at the piers within neighborhood! Would recommend staying here and will return soon!

Best family vacation

This was the best family vacation to the beach we have ever experienced! No crowds on the beach, relaxing, and beautiful. The house was perfect for our large family. The bikes were a big hit! We loved the walks to the bay in the evenings to watch the amazing sunsets. The beach access is super close and shells everywhere! We will be back!

Very Comfortable House for Family Size Group

This property is in very good condition and the host is very responsive. I would definitely stay here again. The host has included many items you need at the beach like nice beach towels, bicycles, a firepit stocked with wood, and of course the hot tub! All of the family staying with us at the house fully enjoyed their stay and want to come back for another stay. The additional sitting area on the second floor is great for the kids to enjoy and to have another area separate from the adults.

Wonderful!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful house! There was ample room for us to be together for meals and fellowship and to spread out when needed. We enjoyed riding bikes around the neighborhood and Windmark trails. My husband and kids enjoyed shuffleboard and the hot tub. We all loved stargazing at night from the top deck. That was breathtaking! Having beach chairs/towels, laundry/kitchen necessities, and coffee supplies available made packing so much easier. The hosts also provided some yummy treats! We brought our own inflatable kayak and paddle boards and enjoyed a day at Windmark Beach and a couple of days at the St. Joseph Peninsula State Park bay and gulf areas. We enjoyed a delicious dinner and view at The White Marlin. The host was easy to work with and very nice. This was a vacation that we all thoroughly enjoyed!!!

Needed This!

We have stayed in many places along the Florida. Coastline over the years, and as such have expectations that are pretty high, and this property did not disappoint! So very well equipped with many extras! It is tucked away and somewhat secluded and extremely serene: The close proximity to the beach is refreshing with the house itself being exceptional in. It only it’s decor and furnishing, but also the amenities that are at your disposal including bikes. We loved it!!!

Amazing house

We enjoyed our time at this beautiful beach house very much. Clean, spacious and comfortable! My husband and I took the downstairs suite and our daughter and family really enjoyed their own space upstairs. Shuffleboard was an unexpected hit with the whole family. Loved exploring the Port St Joe area and the San Blas peninsula as well.

My wife and I love to travel with our kids in tow. We are busy professionals so staying at vacation rentals is ideal for us as it's our "home away from home". We try to create the best experience for our guests from luxury linens/towels to providing unique amenities at the house such as shuffleboard, s'mores kits, and great locations!

You'll fall in love with Florida's Forgotten Coast. A truly restful beach vacation away from the hustle and bustle of Destin, Orland, Miami, etc. We love the 3 patios our property offers with oceanviews, loungers, and lots of seating. A dining table is set up on the back patio along with a propane grill. It faces east so it gets the nice morning sun and avoids the hot afternoon sun. We love it.
Downtown Port. St. Joe offers many local restaurants of high quality food and drinks. The region is known for its large sea turtle population, Scallop/Oysters, and it's expansive coastline. We love taking the bikes for a ride with our kids as there is over 2.5 miles of paved trailers and you don't have to get on any busy roads. We spend as much time here as we can when other guests aren't enjoying the property!
