Paradise Palms has 4 king suites and 4 bunk loft area with 4.5 bathrooms and is located in the gated community with 2 pools, trails, playground and town shopping center.

We loved our stay at paradise palms! Wonderful views and enough space beds for all to sleep comfortably! Easy walk to the beach! Love windmark beach have been going for 14 yrs but this was our first stay at paradise palms and don’t think it will be our last

Beautiful Home, Great Host

I can’t say enough about your beautiful home, DeLana….the beautiful decorations, the decks with amazing views, the fishing docks, and the pool right on the bay. We’ve rented many homes in this area and yours is definitely top of the list. We really appreciated your quick response with a new grill and new bikes too. The location of your home is perfect. We enjoyed the sunset and then the full moon shimmering on the bay every evening. Thank you for making our vacation with our kids and grandkids so memorable. We hope to return again soon!

Beautiful home and view

We enjoyed our stay and wish we could have been there longer. This home is gorgeous and has everything needed. The bed was comfortable and the house was well equipped. The views were beautiful, we enjoyed the sunset most nights sitting on the deck. There is ample outdoor seating amd we saw dolphins and lots of birds. The neighborhood is quiet and sitting outside was peaceful.

Fabulous beach house

We discovered Port St. Joe's last summer and decided to return in April. Both mid August and late April were fantastic - great weather and NO CROWDS. The house is amazing with fantastic views and porches. Comfortable deck furniture. Note that there is a stone wall between a short beach and the water. That was not an issue for us since we don't go in the water but if you had kids who wanted to go in, you'd have to walk or ride down a bit on the beach past the rocks. I'm assuming they are there due to beach erosion. Gorgeous views of the ocean, pier close by, sunsets. We did not see any dolphins but saw swimmers, paddle boarders and a good number of boats. A definite 10 out of 10.

Perfect Vacation Rental for Our Family

Beautiful home

We had a great time at Delana’s home. The house is beautiful, with stunning views. They had good beach chairs and umbrellas. Plenty of space for our big family. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful beach home

Plenty of room, everything done well, comfortable and easy. Excellent view of water. Narrow beach, but with this house you don’t need to enjoy the beach to be on the sand. Loved this home.

Outstanding property

Delana’s home was just wonderful. Beautiful rooms throughout and fantastic view of the water. All communication and expectations were reasonable and everything was handled very smoothly and professionally. This was without question an outstanding property and location.

Amazing week!

The house was beautiful and the views of the sunsets were amazing! Our group had 11 people and there was more than enough room for everyone. A short walk to the pool or the property has bikes to ride. The owner was so easy to deal with and answered questions almost immediately. Our whole group would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful and secluded!

The house was absolutely beautiful! We had two families, each of us have 4 kids, and there was plenty of room! We loved being tucked back in there, where it was nice and quiet. The beach front access was by far the best feature for us. With so many little ones, that was an item that was at the top of our list. The owners were easy to contact and so friendly. We will definitely be back!

Spring Break 2024 was Awesome!

This was our first time visiting Windmark Beach and St. Port Joe, FL. We had a great visit, the home was beautiful and fit our family and the family of our friends who were traveling with us perfectly. The bikes that were available with the house were perfect for our kiddos to travel through the neighborhood and back and forth to the pool and beach. This is a low stress, high fun vacation spot. I would highly recommend renting this home. The homeowners were quick to answer any questions and were wonderful to work with - Thanks for sharing your home with our crew.

Beautiful property but sad occasion

My family and I traveled to Port St. Joe, Florida to attend a family member funeral. The property we rented was beautiful. The pictures on the website was accurate. The property was very clean, spacious, and well stocked. The owner was very gracious in allowing us to check in early because of our long drive. Any questions or concerns were handled in a timely manner. I would like the opportunity to came back again, so I can just relax and enjoy the property and the beaches. A memorable experience

We really loved staying at DeLana’s place. The house is extremely gorgeous, right on the beach, plenty of space to have some time for yourself and to spend on the decks. The rooms all had laundry baskets which was super helpful in keeping up on our laundry during the week. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to Mexico Beach and Port St. Joe. DeLana was a great host, very communicative and helpful when needed. The house leads down to the beach. There were some reviews that mentioned the beach being narrow but we didn’t find that to be an issue. There was plenty of space. Since this part of the beach is private, there will be seaweed on the beach, which wasn’t a problem for us. The water is very rocky at first entry, but once you get past the rocks it’s pretty smooth. That being said, I brought water shoes and had no issues, however there were others on our stay who cut their feet pretty bad. One thing we noticed is that it looks like the town is planning to put rocks down the beach to prevent some erosion. The homes to the left of us had them in place already. Not sure if this will impact this home but something to keep in mind.

Family Spring Break Trip

This stay was an 11 out of 10!!! The property owners were unbelievable with their communication, organization and responsiveness during the stay. The home is amazing and the decks off of all rooms facing the water were unmatched by any place we have ever stayed. The outdoor space was unbelievable and the beach was very private with only a few others walking by throughout the day. The beach was a bit rocky but it didn’t matter at all. The house is very spacious and you could have your own space or all be together. We were there with our family of 6 and our mom and dad and were so happy with the stay. The location was great, only 4 miles from anything you would need in town and great restaurant options. It is in a gated community where you can safely walk and bike throughout the day and a short walk to a boardwalk to get in to a square area with shops and restaurants. Not a ton of space in back of house for playing if you are looking for something other than the beach but it didn’t matter to us. We played catch all week in back and on the beach! It was nice to have the designated laundry space as well. The sunsets were unlike why we have seen and great views from the decks. We even slept on the deck a couple nights under the stars! We have been to the panhandle several times from Destin to Pensacola to Orange Beach and this was our favorite!!! I hope we get to come back soon!
