アパートは歩行者エリアと典型的な果物、野菜と魚市場のすぐ近くに位置しています。 日中はたくさんのお店が散歩に出かけ、夜は居心地の良いディナーに典型的なレストランの1つを選ぶことができます。 最近の修復により、古い石造りの壁と前世紀の初めから築かれた美しい木製の梁の両方の部分が明るくなりました。
それは3日にあります エレベーター付きの階で、教会のドームを見下ろすバルコニー付きのベッドルーム、シャワー付きのバスルーム、レストランがある歩行者通りを見渡すバルコニー付きの広いダイニング＆リビングエリアで構成されています。 中心部に位置しているため、Lerici、Portovenere、Palmaria、5 Terreへのボートが発着する岸壁まで徒歩5分です。 また、電車が5テレに向けて出発する場所から、ピサ、ジェノヴァなどは徒歩約5分です。

Great location and beautiful apartment. Georgio found a parking spot for us a block away which was much appreciated. He gave us lots of information on the area. Highly recommend this property!!

Amazing and perfect place

Wonderful hosts! Perfect location. All the little touches in the apartment from some fruit and snacks and wine to great restaurant recommendations. I would live in this apartment if I could. I hope to be back and stay right here and totally recommend it to everyone!!!

Fantastic property in heart of La Spezia

Incredible apartment in La Spezia, perfect for taking the elevator down and joining the night life the town offers, or staying in and enjoying the beautiful apartment. Communication was top notch, Georgio actually met us there for check in and gave us a lot of recommendations and showed us around the property.The apartment was spotless, comfortable bedding and amenities were perfect for us. Hopefully will be back again and will definitely book this again! Look no further!

STOP LOOKING! This is the place you want to stay!

Couldn’t be happier we chose this place. Host and hostess are so kind! They not only greeted us personally they stocked us up with fruit, snacks, coffee, etc etc so we wouldn’t have to worry about going out to get . The apartment is beautifully decorated, clean as a whistle and has 2 balconies. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful large apartment

This is a very clean large apartment. Located in a central very convenient area. Hostess is very nice and helpful. The apartment was well stocked with snacks and coffee and kitchen equipments.

Beautiful apartment

Perfect place to get to know Spezia and the Cinque Terre area. Very close walking to the train and to many restaurants of the area. Super comfortable and beautiful apartment. Would love to be back someday.

Perfection on the Coast

This is a perfect property and our host was kind and informative regarding everything we could ask for whether it was information or towels to take to the beach. I'd highly recommend staying at this property if you love a thorough and attentive host who owns a special property in the heart of the action!

Anniversary Trip

Our hosts were fantastic, meeting us outside the property and enthusiastically giving us a tour of the unit and providing tips about the local area. Ideally located close to the waterfront, restaurants, market, and the main walkway. We could not have asked for more from this beautiful property, and the hospitality shown to make this a magical visit. Thank you so much!

Perfect home base for Cinque Terre vacation

The apartment was exactly as pictured, very clean and well appointed in a great location in La Spezia. Martina was wonderful to communicate with and helpful with suggestions of where to go. It was less than a 15 minute walk to the train station, which is convenient to major cities and the quick ride to the Cinque Terre towns. We had a wonderful trip!

Fantastic!

Giorgio & Martina are wonderful hosts & have provided a lovely, clean, welcoming space with many special touches. The location was central for accessing the train station, the wonderful market, and the boats to Cinque Terre, & Giorgio provided lots of info & advice during check-in. A delightful find in La Spezia & home base for exploring this beautiful area!!

Beautiful stay

Martina and Georgio’s apartment is a home away from home. They have put much thought into meeting a traveller’s needs from the welcome food treats and wine to the recommendations for local activities. Exceptionally clean and well appointed. Georgio gave us a warm welcome and we appreciated his hospitality. La Spezia has much to offer and the location gave us a sense of being part of the community.

BEST PROPERTY WE'VE EVER STAYED IN

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo is super lovely. The owners have done an outstanding design of the unit. Location is excellent in the heart of La Spezia close to many great restaurants and coffee shops. Also close to grocery stores and a city market. It's only a short walk from the water and ferries to surrounding seaside villages. We'll be back.

This apartment is a must stay in La Spezia. Recently renovated, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Our hosts provided for every comfort. Fresh fruit, candy dish on the coffee table, disposable razors in the bathroom. Can’t imagine a better place to stay at any price. You won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely perfect!

The apartment is stunning and the hosts were spectacular. The bedroom balcony overlooking the church was perfect for morning coffee as was the street-front balcony for evening wine. Great location for restaurants and an easy walk to train and ferry. Exceptional amenities to make our stay comfortable! An in-house dinner and breakfasts were easy thanks to nearby market and well stocked kitchen. A perfect apartment for calm and comfort after days in Cinque Terre or a great choice for a long-term stay to sample life in Italy.

Absolute heaven

This property and the owners(Martina and Giorgio) are absolute dreams. The apartment is located about a 10 minute walk from the train station close to many restaurants and stores in a central pedestrian area. The apartment was spacious, completely updated and gorgeous with every amenity available (washer, air conditioning, cooktop, lavatory, etc). Martina and Giorgio have thought of everything and are so hospitable you truly are treated to a five star experience. Can’t recommend enough!!

Exceeding our Expectations

This rental is the most well kept property we have ever stayed at. The owners take such great pride in their condo. They provided us with snacks, bottle of wine & great advice. Giorgio was there to greet us, gave us a great restaurant suggestion (Trattoria Bellavista ask for Claudia). He also suggested a visit to Porto Venere at sunset, which was stunning. This rental was clean, well appointed, awesome location & view. Would definitely stay again. Cannot go wrong. Thank you.

Very clean and comfortable

The experience was great. Not only was the property clean with comfortable beds and space, Martina and Giorgio made the stay very comfortable by thinking of everything one might need during the visit: Info/maps, coffee/tea, drinks and fruit in the refrigerator, a bottle of wine, even some umbrellas in case of rain. The details were very thoughtful. The location is approximately a 10 minute walk from the train station which allows easy access to Cinque Terre. It is located near restaurants, fruit market, grocery stores, pharmacy, etc. My family would stay here again. Our only regret is that we didn't stay long enough and did not explore La Spezia.
