Sunrise Point is a beautiful, oceanfront, bright, and airy home situated on one of the best beachfront lots in the prestigious guard-gated community of Inlet Harbour.

This private piece of paradise is quiet and peaceful with spacious porches, a private pool, classic interiors and direct beach access. A cozy yet inviting atmosphere greets guests on the main level with an open floor plan between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. It’s all about gathering with family friends, cohesively blending indoor and outdoor living. Create your favorite dishes while enjoying the view in the fully-equipped kitchen complete with granite counters and stainless steel appliances.

Just a golf cart ride away you will find a few of our favorite places - Gulf Stream Café and Marlin Quay, both offering coastal authentic meals with picturesque waterfront views. Guests love heading over for a cocktail at sunset! You will also find Marlin Quay Marina which is the only full-service marina in Murrells Inlet.

Sunrise Point offers a tranquil mornings, filled with the sounds of the ocean, sun-filled days spent at the beach, and peaceful nights sitting on one of the spacious porches.

INLET HARBOUR PARKING & VEHICLE POLICY
The Inlet Harbour is a gated community and requires a $100 vehicle fee per reservation, for up to 4 vehicles in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the community. This fee is included in your reservation and will be listed as a line item in your rental agreement. There will be a $25 fee required per additional vehicle, which would be added to your stay upon request. This home allows for up to 6 vehicles. Motorcycles and Golf Carts are not permitted within gated community.
