The question is, would I stay there again and the answer is no. The positive is the property was clean and was a great location to the hills and town. However, the property is much more tired than what is portrayed in the pictures. The fireplace (which heats the ground floor) never worked (on a day of a blizzard), we had to get a spare heater from the mgt company (which blew a fuse), the kitchen door fell off, the chairs were broken, I repaired a toilet which didn’t flush, the water is warm at best for showers, the carpet looks at least 10+ years old, etc. I base my decision as someone who rents myself and have stayed at other Breck properties. There are better options for the price. Also, there is no pool in the winter (it’s seasonal), unlike the pictures which were portrayed.
