Guests are required to sign a rental agreement with LUVA Real Estate.
LUVA provides the basic household conveniences for the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room.

To ensure a seamless holiday experience, we have the following booking requirements for Christmas and New Year's stays:

- If booking over both Christmas and New Year's, a 10 night stay is required.
- If not staying for both holidays, check-in and check-out must fall between December 26–29.
